Poor customer service, burnt food and 35 minute wait time for or order. Unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate about this franchisee. They are tarnishing Culver's good name and reputation.
Here's our story. My family and I have always had a great experience with Culver's until today. Leslie Jacobson and partner Brady Jacobsen are in trouble and probably don't even know it. Let me explain why. Their general manager Ryan Kinyon has no business being a manager. We stopped in to enjoy a nice Culver's lunch. We ordered two hamburgers chili cheese fries onion rings and two sodas. No exaggeration it took them 35 minutes to get the order to our table. What a joke. So we asked to speak to the manager. Mr Ryan the alleged manager arrived at our table and stated that the kitchen is backed up because they were so busy and we would get your order in turn. No apologies no offers of compensation for our inconvenience no coupons no anything. No managerial expertise here. He did however say he would check on the status of the order and we never saw him again. About a minute later one of Culver's employees delivered our table. So I stated that the manager had found our order and had you deliver it which the food Runner it said the manager had nothing to do with it it just came out in its own natural progression. To add injury to insult my hamburger was burnt. I had the food Runner take my hamburger back to be redone which he did it took an additional 10 minutes to get my Fresh Burger Plus they didn't give me any fresh fries to go with it. I will say the food Runner had way better bed side manners than the manager ever would hope to have. The food server apologized for the slow service which the manager never even thought of doing. Missing persons Alert the alleged manager never came back to follow up to see if we're satisfied if we got our order Etc. He has no business being a manager. The ownership of this Culver's needs to rethink and evaluate their business model. And they need to start with their manager. He's not managing very well at all. He has no customer service skills. Their drive-thru was a mess I mean explain why We noticed as we are leaving that the drive-thru had six cars waiting past the window. Meaning these are six customer that have paid for their meals and are in line waiting for their food. This is ridiculous hire more staff and or hire a real manager a manager that knows how to manage the facility and or higher. Those owners need to get down there and monitor their business a lot closer or they're going to be out of business. Customers don't have to tolerate this type of service and they won't believe you me. I am going to escalate with corporate. They need to be made aware of this franchisee and they're poorly-run store.
My family and I will no longer be going to go to this Culver's but instead will go to the Culver's in Parker which I've never had...
Read moreI’m not a foodie, and growing up, my family rarely ate hamburgers. I sincerely only eat 2 or 3 a year. But these hamburgers are really very tasty. They make them fresh and with any condiments you wish. The fries are also delicious; I don’t know what’s in them that makes them taste this good. So now I’m in here 4-5 times a month. Their expansive menu is pretty impressive. But what really is amazing (besides the cleanliness & friendly staff), is the ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE FISH AND CHIPS!! We’ve been to England (not Great Britain - the country itself is not that great - it should just be called OK Britain or Good Britian!), and Culver’s fish & chips are just as delicious, each piece served thick. Oh- & Culver’s own root beer is perfect. Just perfect. No bad aftertaste like every single root beer (& soda) made with high fructose corn syrup. It tastes very close to the great original A & W root beer, and I add their delicious custard to make a root beer float. They also promote the most amazing daily frozen custard flavors just in case you need more than vanilla or chocolate, but these two flavors are so rich that you really don’t need any other flavors to choose from. I’ve been buying the pre-packed pints in the lobby. Let’s face it, they just do everything perfect. This isn’t fast food; it’s great food served fast. We used to drive way up north to Thornton to visit Culver’s, then the Parker location a few months back, and now there’s this one on Arapaho’s Road & Havana St. Yes, they’re busy folks!! They serve your order quickly, so please, no one gripe about any wait time. It’s popular for crying out loud!!! If you don’t like crowds then visit on the off times. But don’t gripe about a successful business that employs lots of staff members, pays taxes & is a great asset to our community. Nuff said. Now go there and eat. You’ll get addicted; I did. Oh yea - I forgot— if you’ve also never tasted their famous cheese curds, then drive over there “right now” and taste what you’ve been missing! Seriously, grab your car keys & drive there. I’m probably sitting there munching out & getting fatter. I just put on a hula hoop...
Read moreVery busy, popular place. I did not want to spend my lunch break sitting in line for the drive-through, thought inside might be better. The counter - there's a mob of people at the counter. When you are there for the first time, you can't see where there's a line. Are these people trying to decide what they'll order? Are they in line? Have they ordered and are waiting for their food? By the time you figure out where the employee is calling people from, three people that have done this before have gotten in front of you. The menu - very jumbled and hard to find what you want. Your first time there will have you staring at it like a cow. The wait - don't look or watch for your food. It's completely chaotic, though the employees seem to know what they're doing. They are grabbing food and running back and forth every which way. There doesn't seem to be any organization between what's for dine-in, drive-through or carry-out. Now this is on me - I walked out without my order. After waiting for a long time and thinking the last 6 orders had to be mine. Nope. I needed to get back to the office. So I know it's on me - they got their $10. and an employee got some extra food. But here's the thing - if the employee told their supervisor someone left without their order, they have the ticket on the bag and my card info - they could have voided the sale or credited back the money. Nope. That would be too much customer service. So if you really want to waste your time on this place - *Read the menu online; *Go to the drive-through, it's less painful than dine-in and you get your turn in line; *Be prepared to invest some time in this. Maybe the food's worth it, I'll never know because my time is...
