If I could leave zero stars, I would. About 6 months ago, this was our regular Pizza Hut until they started having much poorer service. Our food took 3 hours to arrive, it was cold, and this was on a regular basis. The last straw, we had waited for 4 hours, our food was cold, AND someone had EATEN SOME OF OUR FOOD. The store itself was not willing to issue a refund or fix the issue. I had to talk to corporate to get the issue resolved.
Today, we thought, hey, it's been 6 months, my husband was just told his grandfather had passed, we're making funeral plans, nobody wants to cook, let's just give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. Our food took 2 hours to arrive, and they brought me the wrong order. I called the store to ask them to fix the mistake, and first no one answered and I was booted to the call center. The second call, they answered, didn't let me talk and put me on hold and then never came back. My THIRD call, I finally got the manager, who ALSO didn't let me talk until I told him to stop talking. I explained the issue, and he made excuses instead offering to fix the problem. I asked him to check with the driver to see if the driver still had my order, and after hesitating, the manager said okay, I'm gonna place you on hold and call him. I said okay, thanks, and he hung up on me instead of putting me on hold and never called back.
I will be calling the corporate office and having them refund my money since the store refused to fix the problem. In the meantime, please do not order from the restaurant. Listen to this, and others' reviews. This store will mess up your order and then will not fix...
Read moreHad the absolute worst experience, EVER! I ordered the big pizza box with wings for $42 at 7:55pm. It took 2 HOURS for my order to be delivered. It was 10:00pm by the time the delivery driver got to my door. I tried calling both the delivery driver and the Pizza Hut several times through the whole process just for no one to answer. Once the delivery driver got to my door the pizza was cold and I told him I wasn’t willing to pay for the pizza anymore. He got upset and took the pizza with him and left. I then called Pizza Hut YET AGAIN and finally someone answered the phone. She was super rude to me and then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to do anything about it. So by the end of my experience with this Pizza Hut I was NOT happy. I normally LOVE Pizza Hut. I’ve never had any problem with any other location, just this one. So I suggest anyone looking for a good Pizza Hut location, not to choose this one! I am never going through this...

It would usually show up about 1.5 hours to 2 hours late. Pizzas became colder and colder and with less toppings and less cheese (remember the glory days of the original stuffed crust pizza?). Wings would show up putrid as if they were sitting raw for months and you had better take a second look at what dipping sauce you are opening (I expected an icing for the cinnasticks and was hilariously surprised with a blue cheese instead). All boxes were usually crushed, contents smashed as well.
I've been tracking comments on this establishment for a while now, and I don't have to tell you that their manager cares nothing about the business or the customers.
