Okay so when did we start treating doordash drivers like garbage? I asked a simple question "when did you guys stop handing orders out through drive thru?" I got the response "oh im going on lunch i can't answer that" I asked well dont you work here? "Yes but im not gonna help you. You need to talk to someone else. I had two orders to pick up! The whole reason i asked why they weren't handing out the orders through drive thru is because it is way more convenient for them and the drivers to do it that way so we arent having to juggle the doors and the orders that we come pick up. I find it extremely rude and beyond unprofessional and unpleasant that when I came in today to pick up for two outside customers and I had asked my questions the staff refused to help me with the door the young Hispanic lady in the blue shirt with her hair slicked back told me word for word "you can use your body to open it" as I'm holding two drinks three bags and keys and a phone. The manager the young lady in the purple shirt was not even helpful or nice or even trying to make the situation any more pleasant she got an attitude with me too because i had said "thats poor customer service to not help a customer with the door when they asked nicely" the young black lady was aggressive towards me after two of her staff members refused to help me in a positive manner. You need a new staff because there no excuse for this behavior. The young teen that originally was asked the question shouldn't be there if shes gonna have an attitude when asked a simple question. Its not proper customer service and then to be told not to come back because they dont want to be reported for this behavior?! I would love to speak with the owners of this store because this is beyond poor service. I didn't do anything but ask a simple question and I got treated like this.
The fact that the manager didn't even offer to get the door after seeing that behavior from her staff just makes this visit way worse. Definitely think you need to let a few people go because they are gonna destroy your locations reviews with how they treat people buying or delivering your food.
Who tells a customer "use your body to open the door" i have a spinal surgery too so this is way beyond rude and unprofessional.
I wouldn't allow this behavior on my staff it brings bad business and it reallu makes people with disabilities feel like garbage for asking for help.
I'm beyond offended by the service i got
They are definitely not disability friendly here so if you have disabilities dont come here you will not get treated good! When manager was addressed she said i have been here for 15 years my the owners wont say anything to me about how i treated you. You're a 3rd party we dont have to treat you like your a customer and we don't have to treat you with respect your not a customer. Her words to me. Not only that but she basically told me "she doesn't care if someone has a disability they don't have to open the doors for anyone its not part of their job" thats your problem you think just because you've been with a company for 15 years that it gives you the okay to treat...
Read moreMy brother decided to come here to get some food because we haven't had this in a long time. We pull up to the drive-thru and stopped at the menu. The cashier welcomed us and asked what my brother and I wanted. We were undecided so I told the cashier that we were not ready but had to tell him a second time because the cashier didn't understand then he got it. Once my brother and I were ready I wanted a number 1 and 3 meals. # 1 was with a coke and # 3 with a dr. pepper. The cashier asked us if we wanted any sides but I couldn't understand him so I asked two more times trying to get clarification. Then I understood what I wanted and said tater tots for the # 3 meal. Once we got done ordering the cashier asked if we wanted anything else so I looked on the screen and saw that my number 3 meal wasn't on the screen. I told the cashier but he didn't listen to me so I told him again. Once the cashier asked if we wanted anything else I said no so the total came up to $7.14. We went to drive thru window, I went to pay with my credit card then the cashier handed my brother and I our food but only gave us one meal and not the other. I only received the # 3 with a Dr. Pepper, burger and tater tots so I asked the cashier for a receipt and he showed me my order only had one meal. I told him that I also wanted a number 1 meal with a coke but the cashier ignored me. I told him I wanted to see a manager but came up and didn't help at all. Another worker came up with a nice polo button downed shirt who I assumed was the manager but and said my order got messed up. The cashier came back and I told him I wanted a refund because I had to pay for my #1 meal. Both meals were supposed to be on one ticket but were separate. I drove off and was unhappy with the location and decided not to visit this location again and go to other one nearby. I worked in fast food and was unhappy with my experience with this being my second time in over 4 years. Please help me have a better...
Read moreJust came here to get a quick bite and saw an advertisement for a black slush shake. Noticed the spot I pulled up to was broken so I couldn't order. Took a moment to decide what I wanted then went through the drive through instead only to be told that the item that was being advertised wasn't available. I attempted to inquire why it's being advertised if it's unavailable only to receive an extremely rude response from the person working the drive thru at the time, who claimed later to be the manager. They removed my order from the screen before I could continue my order which I admit I took a moment to respond due to having to decide what to get instead and also frustration at the attitude the employee gave me. I was going to report it to the manager but considering the employee claimed to be the manager this would likely not do any good. I'll be attempting to contact some form of customer service with sonic about this treatment. Also did not appreciate being called the N word. Even if I am not black, that word should never be used in...
