Del Taco — Restaurant in Centennial

I don't expect a lot from fast good places bit i left here feeling Pretty let down! Started with pulling up to the drive through order speaker (no one else in the parking lot) and waiting several minuets and attempting to get their attention multiple times before googling business hours. They had been open for 1.25 hours i spoke up again and was was greeted with a how can we help you. I ordered breakfast and was informed that yhe fryaer had just been fixed it would be a 5-10 minute wait for hash browns but was not offered any alternatives. I had to asl if there was anything else and was offered chips and queso, or a quesadilla neither of which i lile so i looked for other similar priced options. They offer cheesecake bites on the menu and asked about them since i figured they would be held cold as that is how i am used to cheesecake and i could have them at lunch . He replied yes please pull up to the window, i waited for a while recieved a few unpleasant looks as he walked around with my credit card in hand. Upon retuening and handing me the reciept i was upset to see i had been charged for both the breakfast that was missing hashbrowns, as well as the cheesecake bites, That is no substitution or good customer experience. Not happy i decided to keep my mouth shut as i was on my way to work and did not want to be late. Will Not return here and will be watching my credit card statement for...

Staff not friendly, asked to have a chicken burrito with rice, chicken and cheese only. Manager instructed female cook no beans or salsa twice. Manager had to tell her twice to make it without beans or salsa. As soon as manager went to front to clean tables, cook put it in bag being sneaky. Went to eat burrito it was made with beans and salsa. Do to allergies from salsa I brought back. Manager laughed do to what her employee did. I was angered now, more by manager reaction and fact she told her twice to make it right. Now my concerns are for others with allergies. If they disregard us as such, why go back. This is on my way to and from work, not a breakfast goer, this store lost my business. Oh by the way I do understand Spanish and being called a weda ( as being derogatory not as I am white, there is different ways to use the word) and also going on to say I am being bitchy cause I am tired as a laughing matter by the manager is most unprofessional. I loved her reaction when I started to speak Spanish to her. Hope they got a great laugh, sorry I am not Hispanic, but I am educted enough to understand. We come here quite a bit, I am usually feeding hungry teenagers and I can get A LOT of food for a smaller amount. To start off, food was amazing, as usual. As a GM of a fast food restaurant, I understand a lot of things. I had a decent sized order so I was asked to park and they would bring it out to me. Cool, of course I get it. But the bummers...1st we didn't get any del taco sauce. Bummer, but whatever I think we have some no biggie. 2nd bummer, I ordered a taco salad and queso with chips. Why? I put the queso on the taco salad and I have extra chips to eat it with. Got the queso, but no chips. If I had chips at home no biggie, but that's why I ordered them. I had to wait longer (understand completely) but because I waited longer I shouldnt be missing items. So, once again, I ordered a taco salad and chips and queso and didn't get the chips. And with 3 hungry teenagers I can't go back to get said chips. So, just be aware if you order queso and chips you might not get...
