ViVi Pho Arapahoe — Restaurant in Centennial

Update as of 3/10/25: I previously placed a DoorDash order a month ago and was given the wrong item (pho tai instead of pho tai bam). I reached out to DoorDash to let them know and was informed that I would be given a refund. I did not realize it would be a full refund, as I have never needed to do this before in DoorDash.

I placed an online order today through the restaurant’s ordering service. When I came to pick it up, the man working at the front confronted me about the refunded DoorDash order stating that “they needed to refund all of the money” and asking me if the “food was still good” even though they gave me the wrong item. He made me feel very uncomfortable and expressed his displeasure over refunding a $12 order. I have never asked for a refund in the past and never had any issues as a regular customer. I am clearly not trying to scam them and was happy to support a small business. After the confrontation today, I sent them an email and was given the reply “sorry you feel that way, we just speak the truth.” I was really upset at the way that entire situation was handled. If they have an issue with DoorDash’s policy, they should take it up with DoorDash. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I went during happy hour (3-5pm) and got a delicious bowl of pho for only $8! prices were very reasonable, and the broth is so clean and flavorful! the service was friendly and fast. the inside of the restaurant is also beautifully decorated. ...

I've went from bus boy to General manager at Outback Steakhouse. I lead my region in positive reviews. I was was a model on the Outback Newsletter as an example of customer service. This location is under new management! Not only did I receive delightful service but I got great service with AMAZING food!

Their home made Tea is absolutely amazing!!!!

That being said, what made the experience perfect was the manager greeting me. He wasn't fishing for compliments, he was looking for criticism on how he and his team could do better! I found that to be genuine and unique. I'm here on a business trip and I will eat here every night until I leave and enjoy this wonderful display of a dink room and will look forward to this delicious meal with great service !!!

Me and my dad drove past here one day and stoped by to try, best decision ever. Now we are regulars and I bring others here too! The food is always delicious, fresh and full of flavor. Prices and portions are insanely good, especially for the quality! Every dish is made with love and care and the quality and taste reflects that. The Staff are very kind and attentive and the place is super clean with cute decor. My dad and I have very sensitive stomachs and are intolerant of a lot of things, mainly gluten, dairy, and preservatives. However, we always leave here feeling refreshed and nourished, instead of bloated and tired. That truly speaks volumes to the quality of the ingredients. My partner has a peanut allergy and although our meals came with crushed peanuts and his did not, he had no issues with cross contamination. The kitchen must be very clean and organized. The first time we tried, we were so happy! The restaurant itself is kind of hidden, but it deserves...
