Read moreIf you want some fast food style of Japanese food, you can come here to eat. I told my roommate while we were eating:
Everything of the food is fast made except the soup. I ordered the second noodle stuff on the menu. However, the illusion that the food gives you t the first sight is they look super delicate. The point is they don’t taste as authentic as what they looked like, which is an upset thing.
As I said, everything in the bowl looks professional and authentic but the truth is it is not. The things look clean though. My roommate and I are both adventurous people and we also tried the bun stuff. The buns are looked so nice and I couldn’t picture what they should be tasted like at the moment when I saw them served on the table. Again, the bun stuff tastes like some alien stuff, which I have no clue what they should be tasted like. At least the waiter said those buns and Chinese buns and I disagreed because the real Chinese buns are HOMEMADE, HOMESTEAMED AND VERY SOFT ANF FRESH. The buns that we ate are the frozen ones that you can purchased from the hmart. When you chew to the bottom of them, they are so hard to chew.
The service looks okay and polite. The decoration looks like some Japanese style restaurant.
To me, the food is not organic and authentic at all. But they look nice. They look very nice. If I give the score to the appearance I will give 8/10. If I give the score based on the taste of the food, I will give...
Read moreFor the last two years me and my bf would go here a lot when we lived close by after moving we decided to go back for the first time year and was extremely disappointed in the quality of food. My goto was always the tsukemen. It USED to be flavorful HOT and juicy. Now the noodles downgraded it felt like I was eating maruchan ramen…. The noodles used to be thicker (HENCE ORDERING THE TSUKEMEN) . The chashu/pork in the broth used to be fatty and flavorful and easy to chew. This time it was dry and hard to chew. Also it was served lukewarm when it’s suppose to be hot so you can DIP your noodles into them. The service was always good. I am just disappointed because this used to be the only place that was up to par with Japan and now NO LONGER IS. It’s a shame because me and my bf would always recc this ramen place to our friends and now we will be WARNING them not to come here. We visit Japan often and my BF is Japanese.
TLDR; For reference if you want mid overpriced ramen then go here. This place used to be special but now is generic because they changed chefs and food quality went EXTREMELY down .
The pic on left shows what we got and the one on the right is what we thought we were getting (noodles...
