If you want some fast food style of Japanese food, you can come here to eat. I told my roommate while we were eating: Everything of the food is fast made except the soup. I ordered the second noodle stuff on the menu. However, the illusion that the food gives you t the first sight is they look super delicate. The point is they don’t taste as authentic as what they looked like, which is an upset thing. As I said, everything in the bowl looks professional and authentic but the truth is it is not. The things look clean though. My roommate and I are both adventurous people and we also tried the bun stuff. The buns are looked so nice and I couldn’t picture what they should be tasted like at the moment when I saw them served on the table. Again, the bun stuff tastes like some alien stuff, which I have no clue what they should be tasted like. At least the waiter said those buns and Chinese buns and I disagreed because the real Chinese buns are HOMEMADE, HOMESTEAMED AND VERY SOFT ANF FRESH. The buns that we ate are the frozen ones that you can purchased from the hmart. When you chew to the bottom of them, they are so hard to chew. The service looks okay and polite. The decoration looks like some Japanese style restaurant. To me, the food is not organic and authentic at all. But they look nice. They look very nice. If I give the score to the appearance I will give 8/10. If I give the score based on the taste of the food, I will give 2/10. 22:21 4.23.2018

For the last two years me and my bf would go here a lot when we lived close by after moving we decided to go back for the first time year and was extremely disappointed in the quality of food. My goto was always the tsukemen. It USED to be flavorful HOT and juicy. Now the noodles downgraded it felt like I was eating maruchan ramen…. The noodles used to be thicker (HENCE ORDERING THE TSUKEMEN) . The chashu/pork in the broth used to be fatty and flavorful and easy to chew. This time it was dry and hard to chew. Also it was served lukewarm when it’s suppose to be hot so you can DIP your noodles into them. The service was always good. I am just disappointed because this used to be the only place that was up to par with Japan and now NO LONGER IS. It’s a shame because me and my bf would always recc this ramen place to our friends and now we will be WARNING them not to come here. We visit Japan often and my BF is Japanese. TLDR; For reference if you want mid overpriced ramen then go here. This place used to be special but now is generic because they changed chefs and food quality went EXTREMELY down . The pic on left shows what we got and the one on the right is what we thought we were getting (noodles thicker etc)

Arrived at 12:15PM on a Saturday to a nearly-empty restaurant that was recommended by a foodie friend. I thought, "uh-oh, not worth the praise it's received." Fifteen minutes later, the place was full (mostly families with kids) and a line was forming. Worth it? Definitely. The portions are fine for me. The pork in the ramen is amazing: cooked thoroughly, but not at all diluted. I had the miso soup, my friend had the tonkatsu. I preferred the slightly-less salty miso. The noodles are fresh and chewy. Nearly perfect. We shared a "mini" beef and rice. Too sweet for my, but my friend liked it. The dumplings were just right, and we could have eaten more, but....room for ramen! There are public tables in addition to private ones, so you can usually get a seat. Highly recommended.

Sukiya Ramen: Home of the Mighty Godzilla Bowl

Sukiya Ramen is a haven for ramen lovers, offering a rich tapestry of flavors and an authentic taste of Japan. Among its many standout dishes, the Godzilla Bowl reigns supreme, delivering a dining experience that is both epic and unforgettable.

Atmosphere and Ambiance: The moment you step into Sukiya Ramen, you are transported to a cozy, bustling ramen shop in Japan. The décor is traditional yet modern, with warm lighting and wooden accents creating an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. The open kitchen allows diners to watch the skilled chefs at work, adding to the overall experience.

The Godzilla Bowl: The star attraction at Sukiya Ramen is undoubtedly the Godzilla Bowl. True to its name, this colossal bowl of ramen is a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The presentation is nothing short of spectacular, with a generous serving of noodles submerged in a rich, flavorful broth, topped with an array of ingredients that are as visually appealing as they are delicious.

Taste and Ingredients: The Godzilla Bowl features a masterful blend of textures and flavors. The broth is the heart of the dish, simmered to perfection with a deep, umami-rich taste that speaks of hours of careful preparation. The noodles are cooked to an ideal firmness, providing a satisfying chew that complements the broth. The toppings are a highlight, with tender slices of chashu pork, a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, fresh vegetables, and a sprinkling of green onions and sesame seeds. Each ingredient is of the highest quality, contributing to a harmonious and deeply satisfying bowl of ramen.

Portion Size and Value: True to its name, the Godzilla Bowl is gigantic and sure to satiate even the heartiest of appetites. Despite its size and the premium ingredients, the bowl is reasonably priced, offering excellent value for money. It’s a great option for those looking to indulge in a hearty, soul-warming meal without breaking the bank.

Service and Experience: The staff at Sukiya Ramen are friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that every visit is pleasant and smooth. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’re made to feel welcome and valued. The service is prompt, and the wait time for food is minimal, even during peak hours.

Overall Impression: Sukiya Ramen, with its authentic atmosphere, exceptional service, and mouthwatering dishes, is a must-visit for any ramen enthusiast. The Godzilla Bowl stands out as a signature offering that perfectly encapsulates what makes this restaurant special: a commitment to quality, flavor, and an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you’re tackling the Godzilla Bowl alone or sharing it with a friend, it’s a culinary adventure that will leave you eagerly planning...
