This was my first time checking this place out, and being a barback at what may be considered a "rival" establishment, I think I got a great "birds-eye" view of their customer service skills. I went for their Halloween costume party that headlined one of my favorite local bands, "Dick Diamond and the Dusters." While the place was packed with people having an awesome time, it wasn't so packed that you couldn't move around. While it may be frustrating to some trying to get served while there's probably 100 people trying to get a drink from a limited amount of bartenders, take it from a customer service pro: take care of the people that take care of you! Seriously, people, "Tipping isn't just a city in China." That's how we make our money for our families! Before I even tipped the bartender that I had the most interaction with, I was able to get my beverage served in under 3 minutes with a packed house (yes, I timed it) . AMAZING! I forget the bartender's name, but she was dressed as a nun. As busy as she was, she handled the pressure with "grace under fire." Every time I returned for another drink, I don't know if she's just that good at her job, or if she remembered to (here's the important part, people) *take care of the people that take care of her!! But I was served in under three minutes every single time! And I found it intriguing that while most of the women there were wearing costumes that were considered sexy or (excuse my language) "slutty" (which there's nothing wrong with for a Halloween jam), she didn't feel the need to bow to that pressure. I found it refreshing. I even had the pleasure of making the brief acquaintance of their barback, Joe, that must've been busting his hump to support his bartenders so they could serve people as quickly as possible. Very personable fella, by the way. Maybe a raise is in order? And I hope the bartenders take good care of him. Where I work, tip-out is based on performance, so I hope he gets his fair share. To me, it seemed like they had a well-oiled machine running, bringing in the optimal amount of dough for the establishment while keeping customers happy. My only reason for deducting a star is because I interacted with a waitress walking around who was a straight-up snob 😞 . I wish I had gotten her name, but she was so standoffish that she probably keeps it a secret, lol. Sorry girl, you're in customer service; even if you're swamped or having a bad day, guest interaction is everything! I didn’t have an opportunity to try the food, but the bottom line is that I had an overall FANTASTIC experience during my visit on one of the busiest nights of the year, and I hope that those that I interacted with will take me up on my offer to come by where I work to see if we can provide a comparable experience! Anytime, guys; even if I'm not there, tell 'em Joey sent ya! The other barbacks are so-so, so on a busy night, they may run out of glassware or slack on stocking wine so it's cold when needed, but I promise that my bartenders will take great...

Went out on a Saturday to get some food and enjoy a band. Called several days in advance to see if we could reserve a table for 8. Told no reservations but getting there early(6-630) we should be good. WRONG!! Found a table to accommodate 6, best we could do. Waited for waitress. She passed us by at least twice before taking our drink order. Finally, got some drinks. Told her we were waiting for others to arrive before ordering food. When they arrived, we told her we were ready to order food. She took order from half our table and left. Came back 15-20 minutes later and the rest of us told her we wanted to order food too. She took our order and left. 10 minutes later, the food came out for the first half of our table. We waited 30-40 minutes before the food came out for the ones who didn'tget the food ordered the first go around. When we received our food, 2 of the 3 dishes were cold, the other was warm but it was a salad🙁. She never came around to ask us how things were, but was able to quickly pass us to make sure another table was getting their items. We never got asked about more rounds of drinks. Went to the bar to go get drinks myself, but bartenders didn't even look in my direction as I was waiting for 5-10 minutes. No acknowledgement at all. Was there for 3½ hours and had 2 beers and cold food. WON'T WASTE MY TIME THERE AGAIN!!!! Management would say that it was busy because it was St Patrick day weekend and a band playing. If thats the case, management did a crappy job and understaffed the place for...

The last 3 times I've gone it's been bad, the Service and food. This time has done it for me! 1 server on duty for the entire place, no tables closed off, so everyone it's very spread out, making it difficult on a single server and it doesn't help that the server doesn't appear to be experienced. But seriously, let's talk about the food.... Ordered a pizza, well -done, not only was it not well -done, it was cold, seriously cold when it arrived at our table! Waited 20 min to try and catch our server to rectify the problem, finally I took our pizza to the kitchen window and noted our complaint and had the pizza boxed up to go. I haven't even brought up the volume of the music there, Sunday night football and the music was at the volume of a live band on Saturday night, talking was more of a yell at our table. Def a place for people that don't care about the food taste/quality and the server quality/ability! If it was busy, I'd have gone easier but there were 7 tables of 4-6 people each for the server! Not a good experience more than a couple times. I used to love going there and the pizza used to be fantastic,...

It's a bar so the fry foods are good i had the chicken wrap and my boyfriend had the ham sandwich. For an appetizer we had the fried pickles they were delicious . My food was not the best mostly lettuce some chicken a piece of tomato and my boyfriend's sandwich didn't have enough cheese. The bathroom is handicapped accessible and the waitress we had was great 👍

Absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere, live music, and service. The drinks were reasonably priced and I loved it for that reason. The food was good as well, but those tater tots were salty and drowning in grease. The burgers were delicious, and I could taste the real beef with REAL BACON 🥓🙌🏾 Next time I’m going to try the pizza since it’s from Langel’s pizzeria.
