Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Center Township

This chick- FIL-a is A-MAZING! I went there spur of the moment, and was promptly greeted by an employee by the name of Jade, she was friendly, and was enthusiastic about her job, as were all the rest of the employees I saw. My order was accidentally picked up by a different customer with the same name, and they again, courteously and promptly made it right! Also, for the mix up, I was given a gift card for a free shake. Chickfila has been my mom and I’s go-to easy dinner option for a while now but over the past couple months this location has been very disappointing. My mom loves their Mac and cheese almost to the point it’s a problem. But the past like 8 times we’ve ordered they keep skimping out on the portions. Why on earth am I paying almost $5 for a medium mac and cheese only to get a cup that’s 1/2 way full? They fill the small cups more than what we’ve been receiving recently. I stopped at Chick-Fil-A for lunch on May 19, 2021 at around 12:30pm at the Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca, Pennsylvania. I was met by Camille who not only took my order, but brightened my day.
