Arby's — Restaurant in Centerville

The food was pretty good. I'm a huge fan of the French dip sandwich. I also don't believe anyone can compete with Arby's mozzarella sticks, but I'm open to being proved wrong. Mine did look like they had been man-handled, but they tasted great even if the presentation was off. If you can get an apple turnover when it's warm, it's well worth the calories.

The service was fine, but it's definitely a "colder" place. The biggest bummer was they forgot to give me my apple turnover after I had double checked on it. I can't fully describe to you the well of sadness that filled my soul returning home realizing there was no delicious warm turnover to fill my belly with joy and trans fats. The fail will haunt my memories until I once again enjoy the embrace of the sweet apple goop on my taste buds. The location is very clean. I need to give props to how clean it was maintained. If the quality check on the food and giving of said food matched the cleanliness, this would be a five-star location for sure.

Tonight I am very disappointed in the food my family and I received. There was no line at the time of our visit yet the staff still found it necessary to rush through the order. I ordered a kids meal, two #15 with shake upgrades and an additional small shake. The order was around $34.00 dollars which in my opinion is high for fast food but that's beside the point. Everything we received was cold and stale the only thing made to order where the shake. It would be nice to receive hot food but to be totally honest with the way life is these days my standards have changed and I would have been satisfied with warm, sitting under a heat lamp offering but, that wasn't even the case this was cold, old and unsuitable. I hope that something can be addressed or changed with the staff and/or management of this location so hot food can be served to it's patrons. This my sound harsh but, it is not the first time this has happened. I appreciate the excellent customer service at this Arby’s. The food is cooked well also. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that lately there has been 4 times in the past month that I have gone to this location and found that they are closed before the posted hours online and even one time before the posted hours at the location. So someone needs to keep the actual restaurant hours up to date. For instance, I went here at 9:45 P.M. on January 14, 2023, but no one answered the drive thru. I saw someone inside but she ignored that I was there even though I beeped my horn a couple times. The hours posted on Google say they should have been open until 10 P.M. though so either the worker closed the restaurant early or the hours need to be updated on Google to reflect current hours. I would go here more often if I could trust that they would be open when they are supposed to be open.
