This is going to seem UNBELIEVABLE because myself included thought this is the one restaurant chain that had it all figured out. From the drive thru to the sometimes too nice staff(kidding) but this location blew that COMPLETELY OUT OF THE WATER! it was during the busy lunch hour that I decided to stop, and yes there was a line but I wasn't worried because why.....it's Chick-fil-A and of anyone knows how to move a drive thru in a timely manner it's these guys right!? WRONG. I was the 3rd car back from their open window/doorway in the drive thru and the car in the very front started receiving bags and bags of food. No problem.....until there was a problem. At which that point several different "bosses/ leads" in all black kept going back and forth from that car. We were there for an easy 10 minutes when they started running alllllll the rest of the cars in lines food out. Car in front....still NOT MOVING. so we sit...and sit...and sit....and all the while people in front of me and behind me started to just eat their meals IN THEIR CARS because we were waiting so long. I refused, now we all have our food , or what's left of it. Our lunch breaks are now down to single digit minutes and this car is still there. Several of us started to HONK! My question is WHY DIDNT THEY MOVE THAT CAR AROUND TO THE FRONT when there first was a problem with their GINORMOUS ORDER. Finally they got it figured out I guess and 7 of us got to pull out immediately with our eaten, half eaten and in my case COLD food. The line was now backed into the street in front of this location because the drive thru took so long. We I got to the open door way I hollered in "Next time move the problem order to the front of the store!" At which time a male in the all important black outfit hollered back yeah yeah have a nice day! I will NEVER hit this location again. Save time and go to in and out.. and you know how crazy...
Read moreI with many others love Chick-fil-A BUT Saturday night Aug 26 @ 9pm I went to the drive through and waited so long I got out of my car ( not the driver) and went inside thinking inside would be quicker. Myself and one other very large family (all ordering separately) were the only ordering guests. There was ONE cashier (possibly in training) so my wait was expected BUT it became ridiculous and I literally observed 4 employees doing absolutely nothing and I mean nothing as they actually observed me and could see I was getting frustrated. As I continued to wait and wonder why no one would step in to take my order, one particular female employee began discussing me with her fellow employees and whispering but still did not step up!! She began discussing me with another employee and giggling and then she was told something quietly and came over and asked to take my SINGLE order. She then apologized and took my order explaining it took time to open her till. I'm guessing the 10 minutes behind the family in line and her and the others noticing me and whispering about me was what she needed to open her till. Geez!! I'm so disappointed and perplexed as to the wait and disregard. I finally recieved my tiny single order and went on my way and I did say thank you as well as her saying thank you, although nothing seemed genuine like we are...
Read moreI'm seriously impressed with this Chick-fil-A. I came in this evening to get a couple of sandwiches and my car died while I was in the store. (To add, the food came quickly and was exactly as ordered.) Without hesitation, one of the people from the kitchen came back during his break to help me jump my car. After a few minutes, we were able to jump it, I said thank you, and he was back to work. Well, come to find out it the battery didn't hold the charge. I ended up spending another half hour or so around there and got a new battery to replace it. When I was installing the battery, the manager came out to see if I needed help and to make sure everything was okay. I explained the situation, to which he responded "do you have any food?". I told him that I did and joked that at this point it was probably cold. When I couldn't get it to work, I went in to see if it would be okay if I left it there overnight. The manager came up to me and gave me 2 sandwiches and said "here, have some warm sandwiches since yours are cold!". My car then finally got working (I think it was because of the added energy of the warm sandwiches!) and I got on my way. I am amazed at the quality of their customer service here! They definitely know how to please a customer...
