I was on my way home and blood sugars were low. I stopped at Cutler's as i heard they had good cookies. It was about 40 minutes till closing. Floors were being mopped and were wet with no signs advising. Paid $7.50 for normal size sandwich, 1st disappointment. Got the turkey with cranberry sauce on honey wheat as i needed some sugar. Due to the wet floors I got the sandwich to go. I ate the first half sitting in the car. It was regular deli meat, 2nd disappointment. Mayo and cranberry sauce made the sandwich very wet. I was going to eat the other half when i got home, about a 5 minute drive. But when i got home the bread was completely soggy, 3rd disappointment. I did not put for a cookie as they were iced and i do not care for iced deserts. The associate was not happy that i was there. No welcome besides asking what I wanted. She never once smiled. There was no assistance with ordering or adding me any questions to help. I did say it was my first time there. I just moved to the area and was told they did gluten free. She never asked if i wanted gluten free(GF) but i can take that as my responsibly to say something as they do not offer that level of service. I told my friend, who told me about the location, they had purchased GF cookies. I will try the location one more time not near closing to see if there is a better experience, but not ordering a deli turkey meat soggy...
Read moreIf you’re having high school kids run your store, then please train them. One example is tonight, my wife and I got two gluten free cookies in the drive through. The gal asked us to wait a moment, so we did. 10 minutes later we were still waiting and she walked out to see the car in front of us still at the service window.
Whatever it must have been a busy night. There was another truck behind us that flashed its brights. Another couple of minutes passed and I tried getting the person who is attending the windows attention, but didn’t get a response. We drove around to the front to see if it was faster. As we went around the front, the car that was at the window was gone so I guess the girl at the window forgot we were there?
We went to the front, got what we wanted and mentioned that we waited at the window over 10 minutes with no response or idea of what was going on. When this was said, the girl at the counter (there were 4 people working tonight) just shrugged and stood there. I guess the pictures I took last week of the store from the inside were to showcase how it looked, but it showcases how empty...
Read moreMe and my wife went in here, we were the only customers at the time the two sandwiches we ordered took almost 15 minutes to come out.
I had the barbecue beef, it was very underwhelming, it tasted like something you can buy in the frozen food section of the grocery store and reheat. It was okay, not worth the money though.
There were no napkins on the tables, just one set of napkins over by the garbage cans. Although that we were the only ones in the restaurant they didn't bring us the food or set it on the front counter, they put it out in the window on the other side of the dining room from us and called our number.
Service was just bad. While they were making our sandwiches one other lady came in the restaurant and waited about 5 minutes for someone to respond to her until she called out to them to tell them she just wanted a lemonade.
Restaurant seemed pretty clean. I would just hate to go there if there was more than two customers because the wait would have...
