Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Centerville

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Came in this morning to get drinks . The three working were more concerned with their music and dancing than orders . The music was so loud inside the store that they were yelling at one another . I pulled in and was back around the corner in line. No one came to get my order. in fact my order wasnt taken until i got to the window . I ordered my drink and then asked for a golden eagle large , iced with extra soft top . She said tea ok , i said no . not tea . a large golden eagle iced with extra soft top . again she turned to her friends giggled at a joke made and said ok . I didnt get a total or the option of giving a tip . that is not ok at all . it is my choice if a tip is given or not !!!! ive always been given the choice. not today !!! still have no clue what i paid . We got our drinks and got to work and my husband took a swig of his drink and spit it out . IT WAS PUMLIN CHAI TEA WHICH I SAID 3 TIMES WE DIDNT WANT !!! What makes it worse is when he took it back and said it was wrong the blonde girl had the nerve to argue and say well this is what you ordered . um no we told you three times that is not what we wanted . zero apology , zero refund . she remade the drink and handed it to him and walked off . is this how you train your employees to treat people ??? To have music so loud they cant hear the customer ?? To scream the lyrics and dance to music and ignore the customer ? To not give totals or allow a customer to choose what amount they want to tip if they even want to tip ??? Starbucks and Beans n Brew is closer and treat customers with respect . I will go there from now on instead . Especially after today . The three working today lost you a customer that...

So today I stopped by, mind you this is my closest location (my fave location) & I’ve gotten to know quite a bit of the staff by name. Most of the people are absolutely wonderful, have the best attitudes & personalities. However, today I redeemed my free drink (I spend so much money here as it is), I got a white chocolate lavender cold brew with strawberry soft top. When I received it I noticed the drink wasn’t made with love like it normally is. It barely had soft top on it & tasted just like cold brew only, I couldn’t even taste any of the flavors at all…when I asked the boy (he was wearing blue shades) is this the soft top? He said yup that’s the strawberry soft top. When I mentioned they usually put way more (the soft top wasn’t even covering the top at all, just a splash in the very center) he said I can do that for ya, I didn’t have time for them to fix my drink that should’ve been made correctly the first time. It seemed like they just didn’t care today which makes me sad. I went out of my way to go to visit my Dutch friends because they usually make me feel great & make excellent coffees. Everyone is always Friendly, and thought it's not really like where I first started getting my Dutch Bros coffee years ago (In Moscow, Idaho!! 🙌). I have noticed that there seems to be a large turnaround here and at the other Dutch Bros around the area. Though I'm always treated nicely and like almost every other Dutch Bros I've visited once or twice throughout my years as a patron. It does make me sad that I can't really "get to know my coffee peeps". It's definitely a far cry from what I was used to at my home store in Moscow, Idaho! I visited them almost daily. Just because I was the friend who always brought the coffee!😁 The ladies and gents who worked there, knew me by name, knew my favorite drinks and always tried to guess what I wanted, my husbands few favorite drinks, and always tried to make great suggestions for the both of us! Plus, they always asked us quietly before offering my kids any messy treats!💕 It was definitely a one of a kind...
