We went through the drive through a couple weeks ago and it was a weekend and of course it was busy. So we ordered and were told to pull around to the parking lot and wait. I was perfectly fine with waiting because again it was busy. So about 20 minutes goes by and I decided to go in and check that they hadn't forgotten about us. I asked a young kid in high school about how much longer it would be, after all these pizzas are supposed to be "hot and ready" and he said it would be another few minutes. So I went back to the car and 5 minutes later I see this same kid coming out. I thought he was coming to bring me my pizzas but to my surprise he passed by us and went to another car were he met his girlfriend and kissed her for another five minutes to ten minutes. So after he was done with his little make out session I went back in to check on my pizzas and I mentioned that I had been waiting for 20-30 mins and he replied " well that's what happens to bad customers" I told him I wanted to speak to the manager and he told me "I am the manager" which I knew was a lie because to manager would be such a butt whole to a customer. Eventually the real manager came up and told him to shut up and they gave me my pizzas. He was blonde and maybe 5'10 I think his name was Evan. We went today to get some pizzas and again to my surprise this kid was still working here. What a terrible person to work in the customer service industry. I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my pizza around 7 pm on 2/23. Nobody was in the drive-thru and nobody was waiting in the store. The only person waiting had already ordered before me and was sitting in their car in front of the store. I was told to expect a 10-12 minute wait for my order (which was just 1 pizza), which was fine with me. However, after pulling up to the front of the store, as I had been instructed, I was kept waiting, for almost 30 MINUTES! The wait only ended because I went inside, where I was not even acknowledged for about 3 minutes, and demanded to know where my order was! After the employee finally acknowledged my presence and went to get my pizza, I noticed that it was grabbed from one of their back counters where it had OBVIOUSLY been sitting and cooling for some time! (If it was really just going to sit there couldn't they have at least had the courtesy of keeping it in one of their warming ovens)??? I told the employee I had been waiting well beyond their own promised time and when I asked if they would show me some good customer service after the ridiculous wait all I was told was that he didn't know what to say! So, all I am left to say is that this store showed me terrible customer service and served me a substandard product! I certainly do not recommend patronizing this location! P.S.
