Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Centerville

I ordered using their own internal app. It was a simple sandwich. I wanted it as a wrap instead of with bread. That's an option on their app. The whole reason I wanted it this way is because they put so much oil and vinegar on their sandwiches that the bread goes soggy almost instantly. By the time I got my sandwich, not wrap, was so soggy it looks like they dunked it underwater before they made it.

This is a common occurrence. Very rarely do they get the order right if you don't watch them make the sandwich.

I don't recommend this location.

EDIT: Management followed up on my issues and promised to send me a couple of coupons. They even followed up twice to make sure they had my address. Then... They never sent them. It's not that I care about the coupons, but making sure to make a point of telling me they were going to do something then never do it is just one more problem I have with this location.

Employees are super nice. The service is amazing. My complaint is I get #14 veggie and make it vegan. Almost every other jersey in the area has given me avacado for free as a substitute for the cheese. The supervisor wouldn’t do it and said it was corporate rules to charge and other stores are doing it wrong. I asked if she could ask the Manager or owner and she wouldn’t even ask. I told her I would be buying in the future from other Jersey mikes to save money on the avacado. I get it might be a rule but it is a nice gesture to offer the avacado free for not using cheese. To make it even worse they charge a $1 more than the other stores...

This is the first fast food restaurant I’ve ever left a review for. But I couldn’t pass up this opportunity. Scott and Payton made my sandwich. They were amazing. Super genuinely kind and accommodating to a serious gluten intolerance. Went out of there way to wipe everything down. The whole restaurant was very clean. I’m converted to Jersey mikes forever because of Scott and Payton. Give them a raise. People like them keep you in business.
