Really busy place for lunch. I don't think they keep their tomatoes at the correct temp. The guy before me said no tomatoes, but seemed like it was not because he didn't like them. Hearing this and being part of the food industry previously in life, tells you something. I ignored that one cardinal rule and got a sandwich for my son and I. My girlfriend did not get tomatoes. Well within 45-60 minutes both my son and myself were in the bathroom with the runs. My lady had no issues. This tells me the issue was with the tomatoes since that was the only common ingredient on the two sandwiches with tomatoes. When cut tomatoes go above temp they go bad quick, causing those that eat them to fall ill. Also, their soda nozzles are not cleaned properly. You can taste the mold growing in them. They have to be pulled out every evening and be washed then set in sanitizing solution till morning. Rinsed then installed.
Saying all this, I do think the establishment is good. Busy, customer service was very friendly even during a rush. If they can fix these two things they would get a five...

I know you might think that isn't a long wait, but I was literally the only one in there, and they chose to do the long list of online orders first. A major issue was the fact that a night-shift employee put the wrong lid on the honey mustard, so the worker went to squirt it on the sandwich and it dumped everywhere. This was quickly followed by a long list of expletives and her leaving to go to the back, once again leaving me standing there. When I was finally taken care of, my sandwiches stayed on the line while they bagged other customers orders. I was clearly agitated and trying to rush them, but it wasn't received. The icing on the cake was that I was taking this order to meet my daughter at school for her lunch. When the order is produced, the food is very tasty, usually still hot depending on how late it is, and very rarely free of errors. However, no matter what or how much I've ordered on the app, I'm always quoted a promise time of 15 minutes, which is likely not viable for 4 hot subs (then again, neither is 35 minutes; 20 minutes past the promised time). This means the app has an algorithm that automatically gives a promise time based on some internal factor, and does not communicate at all with the restaurant based on volume of customers, time of day, etc. This causes the restaurant to suffer with a backup of customers, and is inexcusable programming. This hurts even more after seeing how hard the employees are actually working to fulfill these orders.
Bottom line: do not order on the app and, if you do, do not even believe the promised...
