Go somewhere else. This establishment doesn't care about their customers and they do not stay true to their promises.
I placed a pick up order through the app. I paid for two sandwiches, got a call from an employee that the bread I wanted on one sandwich wasn't available for the rest of the night. I told the young lady that I only ordered the sandwich because of the bread. I was told by this young lady that I'd be refunded for the sandwich/extra meat, in 7-10 days or however long my bank may take. The sandwich and extra meat were crossed out in red. I even thought to myself, maybe I should keep the receipt just in case. Of course I didn't! Waited the 7-10 days, business days even, never received the refund. Looked everywhere for a customer service email (I work odd hours and am not awake/available to go in during... well, all the time) and sent it only to receive a reply saying "sorry all our menu items weren't available" so I went through my emails for the confirmation email from the night I placed the order, May 26th, and filled out the questionnaire/survey of the order I placed. I received an email back from another representative saying they were truly sorry for the experience I had, and instead of refunding the sandwich/extra meat, they were going to refund my entire order amount of $34.54 for the trouble. Then like magic, never heard back from that man and also never received the newly promised refund. I can see why this location has such a low rating now. Every time I've been there, they've been out of 3 or more ingredients. I'm sorry but I'll just go to Jersey Mikes or elsewhere rather than be scammed by a company that makes more in one day than I...
Read moreJimmy John’s is normally my go to when ordering subs and I’ve ordered from this location more times than I can count. I’ve even ordered a large catering order for our entire football team from this location and they only had a couple mistakes. ( I was ok with that for such a large order)
However tonight was beyond disappointing. We got dinner tonight and every single one of our subs had hard old bread. I mean HARD… I had to put mine in the microwave just to bite into it. I ended up just opening the sub and eating the inside of it out. How are you serving this guys???🤷🏼♀️
I could tap my nails on the bread and audibly hear it like I was tapping on my granite countertop. You were obviously aware of this when you made our subs and still decided to serve them to us and charge us full price. I would have declined them for free even. I get home and I have two totally different sandwiches than what I asked for. I called and told the girl what had happen and she put a gentleman on the phone. I had to explain myself again and he asked if I wanted to come back or have a store credit. When I asked if that was my only option he did not understand what I meant.
