Went in to pick up an order about a week ago, and also went there for dinner few days before. unfortunately was horrified by how things were running. As far as my dining experience I was so very pleased by my server. She was a younger girl who treated me and my family very well and had nice conversation; however, when we got our food the order was missing an item and my wife’s pizza wasn’t very warm. I had also gotten a tall bud light which I had to wait a very long time for(also flat) who was brought by someone else. I assumed this is because of issues which is obviously understandable. It also it’s definitely that because I had seen my waitress asking who I presume to be the manager for something regarding my drink. The lady seemed angry and would not give her a chance to speak and seemed flustered and started yelling. I asked to speak to the manager to talk about my food why she was yelling as this is a place to sit and eat but to my surprise I caught her yelling at the server and refused to speak to us. I’m not sure what the issue was at that point, I wasn’t angry I just wanted to see what options I had but unfortunately did not get the chance. The manager also did not have a mask on from the time I went into the restaurant and from the time I had left. Personally I feel like that’s a bad sign to see especially from the manager of the store. I didn’t feel safe and these times when Covid is in such a bad spot it’s awful to know that someone who could be in contact with my food doesn’t seem to care about health safety and food regulations. I understand some people have health issues but she could have at least worn a face shield, it’s food we are talking about here. It’s funny because as my family left I saw her outside smoking so, thanks for letting customers see that. As far as the food other then the cold pizza which we finally got fixed it was pretty good! It had been a long time since we had went to any LaRosa’s but it was a nice reminder of why sometimes it’s better to just have food delivered. I would have enjoyed my time and meal much more had I not seen the women without a mask huffing her lungs away. I will not be returning until that horrible women had learned how to be a decent human being to others and act like a proper manager who will speak to customers if they wish. I would like to state, my intentions were not to “put her on blast” I just wanted some explanations. Unfortunately it seems some adults can’t always be adults. As for the host and servers they stay doing a great job and are very...

Well it has been a couple of years since I reviewed this location, so figured it was time for an update.
Due to some medical stuff I am doing Keto as per my doctor’s recommendation. Pizza is and always will be my favorite guilty pleasure. Obviously I can have the crust or anything carb heavy. Found out this location has pizza bowls that they directly mention keto. Awesome. I checked the nutrition section and calculated that the deluxe pizza bowl would fit my macros. Awesome! Except it wasn’t.
The size is small but ok. While keto my appetite is not like it used to be so smaller options works. Now as I said I ordered the deluxe bowl, but when it arrived and I had eaten a couple of bites, I discovered it was loaded with pineapple and other stuff not listed on the description. I managed to pick out most/all of the pineapple.
So fast forward a bit after eating the food and checked to make sure I was still in active ketosis. And shocker I was not. All this leads me to believe that their nutritional info is wrong. I am militant with tracking macros and leave myself a bumper in case. So I can only guess as to the reason. But if I were a betting man I’d say they are lying about the nutritional breakdown. All in all I think I’m finally done with Larosa’s Pizza
Oh and they still haven’t learned to cut traditional crust pizza into triangles like the gods intended. Thin crust it would make sense to cut into squares/rectangles. But on traditional crust, no way. SMH…
Edit for 5/22/2022:
This location has gone downhill. Since my last review, they always screw the order up. And who cuts pizza into squares. You aren’t Marion’s or Donatos. Don’t cut it that way unless I ask for it.
Pizza is pretty good, but I prefer the calzones. Haven’t had a bad meal yet. Sometimes the forget silverware or a side of something. All...

I recently had a serious craving for a deep-dish pan pizza after a buddy of mine raved about the one he had. Excited to surprise my family, I placed an online order at my local LaRosa’s for a large pan deep dish pepperoni and a deluxe meat lover’s pizza.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes beyond the estimated pickup time. Once I finally received my pizzas, I immediately noticed they were not what I had ordered—I was given thin crust pizzas instead of the pan deep dish I requested. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told they could remake them, but it would take another 20 minutes. While frustrated, I still wanted what I originally ordered, so I waited.
After finally getting my two large pan deep dish pizzas, I headed home, expecting to enjoy a meal with my family. Unfortunately, when I opened the boxes, I realized both pizzas were undercooked. The deluxe meat lover’s crust was pale, the dough was chewy, and it was barely baked through. The pepperoni pizza had similar issues—it just wasn’t fully done.
At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Food is too expensive these days for restaurants to be making these kinds of mistakes. Not only did they get my order wrong the first time, but even after waiting nearly an extra 30 minutes, the final product was subpar at best.
This experience has completely turned me away from ordering from LaRosa’s again. Next time we’re craving pizza, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere for...
