Went there tonight and grossed out wont be back. The manager charged to much for the soda $4.50 for 2 drinks even though it's like $1.79 or something cheap like that. Besides that that is the least of the problems. It doesn't seem like they wash their hands ever and they definitely do not wear gloves which is a health hazard. And the way that they've got it now in the second room you could see through the window because it's not blocked anymore it's their dough making world and you can watch them cutting the dough weighing it even making the dough but they're doing all of this with no gloves. The Guide tonight was too busy fidgeting with his cell phone during him being on the clock he was using the dough knife however he still had no gloves on and he sneezed a few times and covered his mouth luckily but with his hands and then proceeded to cut the dough and put the dough on the scale left a few times leaving the dough on the scale without covering it I watched and I even videotaped it. He put his hands down his jeans pants and then proceeded to go back to handling the dough with no gloves. At one point he took his hat off and slicked-back his hair with his hands and then went back to handling the dough. Another guy came in and automatically started handling the toe of course with no gloves. When telling this to the manager for at least he says he was a manager he didn't seem to care and I kept continuingly asking for the general manager or manager or store manager or somebody's number and he wouldn't give it to me he kept asking can I help you with something well not really it's done in the store and I doubt he does anything which I told it to him and he didn't care and he didn't do anything he didn't even give us our money back or refund us due to the fact of what happened nope not going back there again and I will be calling the Health board and probably the BBB and trying to see about Little Caesars headquarters. And if you read all the negative Stars they seem to be all the same they don't wear gloves and they're disgusting don't wash hands the same ole...
Read moreEvery Little Caesars I've been in the past 2 years (Kansas, California and Ohio) has been consistently poor in service, this one is no exception. I like the pizzas and the price is right (probably why they rate so many stars) so if you aren't picky and want whatever they have hot and ready you will be okay.
Now I've been to the Centerville location a few times and thought the long wait might be due to the recent opening. I guess I expected a little better from a new location. Unfortunately a couple months later the service is still horrible. Note there is not much space in the store to wait either (2 chairs). I tried calling this time to place my order while on my way and they put me on hold until I pulled into the parking lot (about 10 minutes) so I hung up. No deep dish pizzas were hot and ready and they said they could have it ready in 6 minutes. Took well over 15 minutes. I understand though, you get what you pay for. All the other pizza franchises (and independents) in Dayton are FAR better than Little Caesars, don't waste...
Read morePizza was ok the service was awful. Was told when I came to drive thru that they were waiting for my pizza to come out of the oven. Then the young lady came back 5 minutes later and said the other employees put my pizza in the portal and she was not able to get my pizza without the code. She said I needed to go inside and get my pizza from the portal. I went around and put my code in at the portal and the 2 pizzas and crazy bread with marinara would not come out. Then the portal door tried to close with the pizza halfway out and came down on my hand. Then the same lady came over and said here I can get that for you and opened the backside door and got my pizza out and handed it over the counter. This after telling me she couldn't get it out when I was at the window. Its important to note there were no other pizzas in the portal. I don't understand why you pay people to aggrevate your customers. That was an awful experience and...
