11/7/17 Centerville, Utah store. I pulled into drive-through Lane to place order for 2 southwest chicken salads. 6:15 p.m. by the time I got to the first window to pay, my receipt says 6:20. I was able to immediately pull forward to pickup window where I sat, and sat, and sat, the usual time you would think waiting for something with your order to be finished, fixed, soon it will be given to you. But the time went on a little bit, finally the girl opened the window and said we're waiting on the chicken for your salads. Can you pull forward. I told her sure, I could do that. So I pulled forward, and sat, and sat, and sat. Finally, I decided to go into the store and see what was taking so long. I had also decided I would ask for two complimentary drinks to take home with me for my wait and patience. As I crossed through the store, I met the boy coming out with the salads. I stopped him and said are those salads? He said yes, and I said they're mine. There was, no sorry for the wait, no thank you for being patient, nothing. But I spoke to him and said I'd like to take two drinks home with me. He turned around and started heading for the register area, so I followed. He went to a register. I thought he was going to just give me two cups and hand them to me. No. Just started ringing the drinks up. I spoke and said no, I don't want to pay for these drinks. I want to take two drinks home with me for my time and patience. He said, I can't do that. I repeated, I want to take two drinks home with me. He repeated, I can't do that. I said, do you mean that after a 20-minute wait just to get the food that's all you have to say? And he said, I can't do that, and abruptly...

I’ve had good and not so good experiences at this very mcdonalds. One time I set up a mobile order and there was no place to enter my coupon in the mobile app so I tried to do it when I got there but they lady told me it should have been done in mobile and I was like well there was no place to enter it there long story short they put the order in manual so I at least got the discount but it wasn’t fun to fight with the drive thru lady and her manager, but they took care of me in the end, which I appreciated. Most of the time though I have trouble free tasty experiences at this place, so go check it out. Also I hear they have pokemon cards this week so...

I understand we all make mistakes from time to time. However, the mistake ratio is exceptionally high at most locations that I’ve been to. I suggest that you build your locations just a little bit further from the freeway and not put a water feature right next to the speaker box. In addition to this, I suggest you teach your employees basic traditional customer service and ensure they speak English so they can communicate with your customer base. This would solve a lot of your issues. You are simply...
