The Wendy's in Centerville Ohio needs drastic assistance/help/support from Corporate. The Wendy brand is being stepped all over and no one at this location cares... Does Corporate care about their stores?
On 12/30, around 7pm, my son and I visited this location, closest one to our house, to purchase $40-$45 worth of food. We were the third car in the drive thru line. When we pulled up to the window, we were told... "Please Hold." We waited, in the fast food drive thru, for 10mins before being acknowledged again... ok. We placed the our, but bc of the speaker, we had to repeat items. We were given the total... $41. When we pulled around the corner to the window, there were no vehicles in front of us... We pulled up to the window and was charged $29... why? I had the feeling something was dropped from our order. Sure enough, when we received all of our items, a combo was missing. Still sitting at the window, I asked if they could please make it right, take the order, I would pay for it, and move out of the way. I was told... "No, you need to go back around and through the drive thru." I said, "I will be right in." We left the line, parked, and I went in... not pleased... When I entered, I asked to speak to a manager... long and short, this request was acknowledged but never happened, manager disappeared. I ordered the missing meal, paid, and left. However, I went in bc I was interested in seeing how the inside appeared, since the drive thru and customer service was a nightmare. I wanted a full picture... Yeah, I will NEVER take my family inside to eat at this location! Absolutely disgusting! Management does not care at this location... Does Corporate? I ask bc this location has had drive thru issues for several years... I have left the FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU LINE several times over the last 5yrs... family of 4 peeps, wanting Wendy's. We have tried, but this location is not improving, just declining. So, I ask, does Corporate care, bc this locations managers do not?
Interesting fact, I am a disabled, retired vet, who had surgery not to long ago and having pain and discomfort when walking. I do not expect the workers to know this, nor do I expect special treatment bc of any of this. However, there was a time when Corporate cared, managers cared, and customer service was provided to everyone. Where is the Wendy Brand Customer Service at this location for your customers? Does Corporate Care?
We are looking forward to the new Chipotle being built next door. And, if we want Wendy's we will drive to Springboro, a little further away, but still lives up to the Corporate Wendy Ways.

They interrupt when you're trying to place your order, they do not speak in any fashion of good customer service, and then to top it off, they are exceptionally slow. The worker mumbled, asking us for our order, and after one item was placed they interrupted and told us to wait. No problem. Then they get back on and try to take our order. After we said our first item again (out of 10 we were going to order) they interrupted again and asked if that was all. At this point, we had already been in line for 7 minutes and simply wanted to SAY OUR ORDER without being interrupted for the 3rd time. So it was said, "Please let us say our order without interrupting." To which an African American woman came on the speaker and told us WE were being rude and we would not be served. Amazing. Whoever owns this store should consider going undercover and watching how they are running your business in the ground. There is a 3.3 star review FOR A REASON!! So stop worrying about your income and slow down to make sure your business is running in a fashion that serves customers and puts them first. Maybe go check out how Chick-fil-A staff speak to their customers. This has never happened to the person I was with in his 62 years of life. He said he couldn't hear them. I say they were mumbling. Read more(Part-2) My wife seems ultimately like eating here even though they always mess her order up one way or another! But the main reason for part-2 is the photos I’m posting today is Friday August 9th 2024 I came in here yesterday as well August 8th 2024 so this shows just how often they clean this store all the managers should be fired and the GM need to crack down on the health issues that may very well be happening here this is in the front of the store to your left but the soda machine and lids you get. Gnats 50-70 of them just dead in the corner on the floor. And even more just flying around the store. There’s no telling how long these bugs have been dead here and not cleaned up. Anyone and everyone that eats here should check the store inside when you come here.
Because this is how I see it. If it’s this bad in the front of the store where customers can see it and yet it’s never cleaned up, how bad is it behind the counter, or around the work stations like where they cook the meat, the fries the frosty’s
