Gold Coin Saloon — Restaurant in Central City

This bar shocked me. It was incredibly small (like 5 stools to sit on), drinks were almost hilariously limited, and there were only two other people there on a weekend. After reading the reviews I expected so much more.

Now, it's a historical little place. For only that, it gets 4 stars. But they have such a limited selection and can't make any variety of drinks we ultimately had to leave. Not to mention, you can only have one drink every 30 minutes (company policy).

Our first visit in central city and we came across this gem - wow 🤩 we were impressed by how many dollar bills got stocked in the roof , how stiff the drinks were and how pleasant our bar lady was (sorry we forgot your name😰) but thank you so much for the great hospitality your home mixed secret drink and the great Bloody Mary. Came here on a snowy day for brunch. 1 of 2 tables there. Waitress was obviously attentive and friendly to perfection based on this. Flabbergasted by our bill at the end of $25 with 2 full sized breakfasts with 3 bloody Mary’s included! Basic, delicious country breakfast for $6 a plate.
