Century Casino — Local services in Central City

My family and I absolutely love this casino and we always visit here when we come to BlackHawk, but our recent visit left us deeply disappointed. We were there to celebrate Mother’s Day and were met with a server who was openly rude and dismissive, rolling her eyes at multiple members of our group. Despite the negative interaction, our group still tipped the server out of courtesy. We were informed—without prior knowledge—of a policy restricting drink orders within a 30-minute window and prohibiting drink sharing. We respectfully acknowledged the warning, but not even 2 minutes later, we were approached by multiple staff members accusing us of violating the policy that we have just learned about. Despite our explanation, the situation escalated quickly and unnecessarily, leading to us being escorted out by security and about 5 other staff members. They refused to show us the security footage that they stated they saw us all sharing drinks and violating the policy. Many in our group primarily speak Spanish and were confused and upset by the treatment we received. We felt targeted, unwelcome, and disrespected. This was an unfortunate way to spend what should have been a joyful celebration. Regrettably, we will not be returning. I hope in the future, management will be able to teach their workers the importance of customer service while working in an industry like this. I hope no one else has to experience this when visiting with family and friends. I know management won’t do anything about our experience other than continue their accusations of me...
