The food at this “build your own ramen bowl” place is awesome - as expected from a Tila restaurant. Quality noodles and meats; I highly recommend the pork belly as your protein! The sliced beef is also good, but the pork belly melts in your mouth and adds so much good flavor to the broth.

They have heat pads on the table where you can heat up your broth; I also recommend doing this before you start your meal as the veggies you add at the end cool it down. Disregard the reviews that say the food is too cold… I guess they don’t know how to use the burners that are literally on every table (+ directions on how to heat).

The staff was very friendly, it wasn’t too busy so we struck up a conversation and he was very nice and knowledgeable about the meats! Learned quite a few neat tips & tricks.

We were supper hungry and looking for food and we stumbled across Cedar City with its many casinos and many other food places with waiting times and boring food. The food there was exactly what we wanted. We love Asian noodles and there were options to add veggies to the noodles and meat options and to make it spicy. The food came quickly and with helpful workers to answer any questions. So if you are visiting or driving from Denver to Moab and need a break, the drive up the mountain had more than just old time atmosphere and casinos but also some special food as well. Awesome food! We ate at a couple of the high-end restaurants in Blackhawk, and this blew them both out of the water! We spent $300 on dinner, and we enjoyed this WAY more for lunch the next day for under $40. I definitely recommend the chicken broth and grilled chicken. Super flavorful, I could have just had a bowl of that to drink. Also highly recommend the Dragon Fire Wings. They were super crispy and had a very complex flavor that was not at all overly spicy. I am definitely not a spice guy, but these were perfectly seasoned and flavorful. They also came with a dipping sauce that was fantastic.
