Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Centralia

Ordered 3 pizzas and a salad. Salad was great. Only 1 out of 3 pizzas was correct. First time using carside. Text here in text received from domino's as per instructions. After 6 minutes went to website to confirm location, time of making etc. There is a spot on there to push I'm here. Pushed that as well. 4 minutes later pizza comes out. Tried to tell person it had been well over the 2 minute time frame and they walked away. Thought maybe this location doesn't participate. Called after I got home. First spoke to someone who said this is a manager issue. Sat on hold 15 minutes waiting for manager to come on. Manager was not knowledgeable about domino's technology and said they don't have text. Offered to email it to him. He ordered a test pizza and got text for himself. Said oh well it must be broken. Advised manager also of pizza errors. He said well I guess I can email you a free pizza. Never emailed me anything. It was 3rd strike for me. I get it gets busy. I've worked food and beverage jobs for many years. Maybe it is lack of experience or lack of care about product. Man I miss when domino's...

Their service and quality has taken a steep downward plunge, although it may have always been lousy since I am new in town. They can't seem to put a pizza together right, finish baking desserts, or deliver everything that was ordered. The pizza I ordered recently was liberally coated top and bottom with whatever season salt they use. I had to brush it off before it was even halfway edible, and then it was still way way too salty. The salt just covered my hands when I tried to eat it. Then the cheese seemed to barely cover 2/3 of the pizza, with two entire slices with no cheese on them whatsoever.

The brownie dessert that was ordered wasn't finished baking. It was more like warm brownie batter with a baked top crust.

To top it all off, they forgot to bring my salad, and they didn't get it to me until 45 minutes after the first attempt at delivery. Needless to say, that will be the last time I...

Great experience EVERY time! Our order is always correct, always hot, and always served with a smile. I love that Domino's offers such a wide variety and selection of foods and almost everything is available for customization - with three picky eaters in my household, this has become lifesaving! Ordering online is super easy and fast. When we show up at the store to pick up our order, we are given plenty of paper plates and napkins for the whole brood, and the workers are always so wonderful and efficient. My absolute favorite part of my Domino's experience would have to be their Gluten Free pizza option - my daughter has Celiac Disease and always had to miss out on pizza before, now she can create and order her own GF pizza's, and she's SO happy!
