Great cookies, but they are a bunch of thieving criminals. I placed an order for pickup and wasn’t able to pick them up, but after two phone calls and an email, they still refuse to give me a refund. At first I was even amenable to a replacement pack, but was told a refund was ok, so I called back when no refund appeared on my card and was given the runaround. I hate shady business practices. I don’t get it, either, because Crumbl is a solid business, they’re always busy, and I would’ve loved to have been a life customer, but I’m giving this place 1 star and 2 big middle fingers because they’d rather keep my $30 for one transaction than see my smiling face once a month for the rest of my life. Eat it, you cookie monsters.

Update: I see the reply, but when I attempt to contact them, I get the exact same form I used when I sent them an email which got absolutely ZERO response. Their cookies are gross, overpriced, and over hyped. Basing this review solely on the quality of their cookies since this is one of those trendy specialty item stores. In terms of the location and staff it was nice, but if you're going to build a whole store over one type of food item it better be amazing. The cookies are not amazing, they are really thick and plump, but that comes at the cost of a very Bready taste to them. The balance of toppings to cookie is way off. The white macadamia nut cookie has so much white chocolate and nuts that it tastes more like you're just eating a bar of white chocolate. The surgar cookies have so much thick frosting it kind of makes you sick after a few bites. I'm no stranger to sweets either, dessert's one of my favorite meals and cookies are one of my favorite desserts. Even my kids didn't like these cookies and they eat all kinds of junk.
