I already spoke to you MONTHS ago, you told me my watch was being fixed and the reason it was taking MONTHS was because you were waiting for parts. Apparently you weren't truly waiting for parts...because you didn't replace the part that was broken while in your possession and you were responsible for replacing...all that was done was trying to make it look like it was one piece again and then tell us it was ready to be picked up when I called. What a joke that was.
We have also spoken in person and over the phone with your Assistant General Manager Salvador Ibarra Jr. and he was of no help, all he gave us was excuses.
You have our contact information. You can have a District or Regional Manager reach us and let us know how Jared plans to make this right.
Unfortunately you have to give a star rating. They don't even deserve one star. DO NOT take your watch here for a battery or repairs...we took my Michele watch here back in May for a battery replacement...it came back with a cracked face...they tried to deny it until we showed them a picture of how it came in...then they said they would replace it. Went to pick it up MONTHS later, they tried to glue it...not replace it. Now it's December, still don't have my watch and now they say they can't fix it because it's too expensive for them...and they want to give me a voucher to spend in their store for the value which they give as $250?!? Really? For a watch that is $1,295.00 brand new. Don't know where they got that value at but they claim it was our stated value, which no one ever asked us what the value of the watch was. Bottom line...THEY need to fix what THEY broke...AT THEIR EXPENSE. We will never do business at Jared again. Still no watch...still no repaired watch...SEVEN MONTHS LATER and we just took it in for a battery. Now that's pathetic. STAY AWAY...

I already bought one ring from a different company, but I wasnāt able to see it until it was shipped to the store because they didnāt have one in the showroom. I loved the ring online but had to return it. Additionally they only offered full and half sizes and did not offer sizing. If I took it to a jeweler to get it sized - it would void my warranty.
I searched online again and the Jared website came up. I was familiar with them in Atlanta and was pleased to find a location an hour away. I called the local store to see if they had the ring I wanted in stock and spoke with Dana. He offered to put the ring aside for me. When we arrived, Dana greeted us at the door and offered a first class customer experience complete with champagne (or sparkling cider for non-drinkers/minors). Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made our shopping experience pleasant and personal.
Jared not only offered sizing, but with my warranty and lifetime guarantee, they check the diamonds every six months and make adjustments if anything is loose and they also clean the ring. For NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
I was able to see the ring in person and they can size it in a few days. I bought a quality ring at a great price and got additional off (thanks to a current promotion).
Pick up Hunter helped me when I picked up the ring. He thoroughly explained the warranty, cleaning and six month servicing process. He was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Hunter definitely made me feel valued...

I purchased a sapphire necklace on line. When I went to go pick it up at the store, something did not look quite right to me, I brought it up to the sales associate, Jules Santos. It was my first jewelry purchase so I asked for his opinion. He looked at it and claimed it was fine. When I left the store I looked at the store again in natural light and noticed the inside of the stone looked scratched, spotty and the outside had scuff marks. I texted pictures of the stone to multiple friends who make a lot of jewelry purchases, they said to return it immediately because the imperfections were glaringly obvious and it clearly was not what was pictured on line. When I returned to the store, the sales associate who I spoke to, Jules Santos, was gone. I spoke to a girl at the register, told her what happened, and she agreed that there were noticeable imperfections to the stone. She then tried to sell me a replacement sapphire for $680 but claimed it would not have imperfections. I felt so deceived. I will never trust Jared for any future jewelry purchases. I cannot trust the quality of the stones and especially can't trust the sales associates. The fact that Jules Santos didn't even acknowledge the terrible imperfections but the girl who processed my return did, that completely broke my trust with...
