Terrible experience at Chalfont Rita's!! 2 boys with only one taking care of customers. By the time I finally placed my order for a regular twist come, it was obvious this kid had no training. Recently have had a few negative experiences at this Rita's. Nothing against the kids who are running it, but the few times the boy (I didn't catch his name on his tag) who made my cone handed me a flat, fat pile of ice cream on a cone with barely any sprinkles on it. Service time is slow (2 people running one window) and just overall the staff could be friendlier.
