My wife and I mistakenly pulled into this bakery intending to go to the taco shack. What a blessing! In lieu of instant indigestion from tacos, we had delightful, light pastries and great coffee. My wife had tea! If you EVER travel through Chama headed to parts unknown, Patsy's is a MUST stop. The croissants were better than the ones I had in Paris France a couple months earlier;...
