Subway — Restaurant in Chambersburg

Walked into the restaurant with my son. Went to stand at the counter. Zero acknowledgment of our existence from the woman behind the counter. She makes an entire two-toasted-sandwich online order before mumbling something. I asked her to repeat herself and apparently she said “if you’re here to order subs, the line is over there”. Mind you, we’ve been standing there for at least six minutes and someone else has joined the line behind us. I was surprised to hear those be the first words out of her mouth - we’re standing in line at a subway, yes we want subs, and if we’re in the wrong line wouldn’t the time to mention that be when we walked in? I responded perkily with a “thanks, we are indeed here to get subs so we’ll move down there.” She stops what she’s doing and asks if I’m getting smart with her. Um, what?!? I respond with how I’m just following her instructions, but it was nice to be spoken to as those were her first words. She points at the sign. I ask if she’s serious, and it goes downhill. My son and I walk out of the restaurant - and so did the man in line behind us. Unacceptable behavior and rude treatment. She wiggled her fingers and smiled as we left. Fire her. I was not happy with the service I received, I was with a co-worker who happens to be a white gentlemen who is kind and a very wonderful person who treats people like they are his relatives. We walk in and there was a black girl who came to service me, and did not want to wait on my friend, not only my friend but the others who enter the store who was white, they had to wait on the white server. I ordered online using their website. It has been years since I have eaten a Subway Sub.
