Taylor Griefenkemp had a similar experience to mine. Called in my order and when I went into the store to pick up the food last night (Jan 15th at 10:00ish pm) the order was wrong. The girl at the cash register instantly says to the manager “they never said that on the phone” I’m in sales so I just listened to her complain and asked if they could make it the way I would like. Then the manager proceeded to come off rude and talk down to me and repeat multiple times how “I’m going to have to wait if I’d like it remade” like it take a long time to remake a cold sandwich.
Then when leaving the store I told the Girl “have a good night” and she just looked at me like I was crazy. Didn’t say anything and walked away.
Two things I’d like to say about this interaction. I’ve never ordered a beach club without getting bacon on it. And even if I did not say on the phone “beach club with bacon on wheat”… why would it be such a horrific thing for me to ask for my food to be remade? Second if it’s that horrific for you to remake a sandwich why would you work at a food service job? I’ve worked food service jobs so I’m thankful for people that do that kinda work. Read moreAbsolutely most HORRIBLE manager ever! Wow. I am from Chicago. I have stopped here twice and each time the man with the goatee, black and green hair has the most AWFUL ATTITUDE EVER! This owner needs to put him in a NON customer facing role. I am a simple person and just order a basic sub. Each time I come here, he is HORRIBLY rude. This time my receipt did not print out, he didn't give me a new one, and he made me reach across the counter to get my own cup. He also didn't help the girl who was making my sub so she asked him "what did she add" and he walked away. This guy has NO managerial training let alone home training. Sir - If you dont want to work here, QUIT. Your staff are so happy. You literally are killing the mood at this location. This place is going to lose staff in an already tough market....
Read moreso basically i’m staying here with some friends and like it was terrible. we ordered and gave them our number (they never asked for our name). the driver went to the wrong address, even though they were given the right one, so they called the phone we used to order, which was the wrong number so they just gave up when we didn’t answer. so after too long we called and asked what happened, they tell us the story and we retell our information. more time passes and we call again, and it’s closed by now. the driver went to the wrong address again! and never bothered to call either number! finally after a third time they made it here but it was nearly five hours at that point. a wild story to tell when we get...
