I've been a fan of Mo's Burritos takeout, from the truck on Prospect and the N Neil restaurant for quite a bit. I was super excited to find out they were taking over the old Toro/Afghan Cuisine spot. We went on a Friday evening, and it was a fantastic experience start to finish! Amazing food, as always, with a lovely presentation (especially when I'm used to their styrofoam to-go boxes, haha). Decided to place a to-go order of 2 steak burrito's for lunch with chips and salsa. Register and Bar staff were polite and professional. Place was clean and organized. Food was ready in under 10 minutes. Burritos were well wrapped, solid portions, and good balance of flavors. I liked the salsa too which was slightly spicy with a hint of cilantro. Only comment against would be the tortilla chips were nothing special, but I don't count that against them as I will definitely...
