Panda Express — Restaurant in Champaign

So I work near to this Panda Express, I love their food but the service it’s a complete mess. This is the third time I have a problem with my online order. I already complained about it because the first and second time I ordered 15m before I went to pick up the food and I had to wait 20m more to get the food because it wasn’t ready. This is the case number that I did in the past. 1181161. Today after more than two month without ordering here I decided I will give it another try. I ordered at 03:20 pm and the app said that my order was going to be ready at 03:28. I got to the restaurant at 03:36 and my surprise was that my order wasn’t ready again. The manager called Nicole nicely told me that it was just a mistake, and I understand that sometimes can happen but I got my food at 03:45 just having 10 minutes to go back to my office and another 10 to eat. Jeremie Forgot to put the extra rice on my order so when I went back up to the register he said he forgot to Charge me for it after standing at the register for 6 minutes for my turn again. I wasn’t about to wait to pay for something that he messed up already So I went back to my table and realize that my third entrée wasn’t even what I ordered. And he didn’t put my 10% discount on there when I showed him my card. I know the owner harry Who happens to be out of town but I hope Jeremie reads this. Harry is a great guy and deserves better employees than this guy. I’ve only had my order messed up three times at this place and every time Jeremies been involved. Wasn't terrible. I was a bit disappointed when I went in to see none of what I liked was cooked or ready. (Orange Chicken, and Honey Walnut Shrimp). The Chow Mein noodles I got served were not fresh. When I asked for the honey walnut shrimp, the employee said "Like I told the lady in front of you, it's gonna be 10 minutes." He said this in a somewhat snobby/annoyed tone. It is not my fault that the food was not ready. Anyway, after about 10min and finally getting the food, it tastes excellent, and was worth the wait. I also gave it 2 stars because the lady ringing me up on the cash register kept looking at her phone, and not making eye contact with me.
