My initial experience with the bed was good, but the service after has been nightmarish to say the least.
Edit. The number provided below simply goes back to Alejandro or someone just as ineffective as him. Please either fix the issue or stop replying. Any business that would allow a customer to sleep in this bed is a poor business model.
I called the service line and was told that my place in line would be held and they would call me back when I came up, 3 hours later I called again and did not ask for a call back and got someone in 5 minutes. (The return call was 5 hours later.)
First, one side of the bed after 2 years deflated and will not hold air.
Then while on call with customer service, mind you a supervisor, Alejandro told me his manager does not take calls and 1 day expedited means 4 days maybe.
The local number guy said it is amazing that they sell beds and hung up.
I now have to sleep in a hole where the air bladder was until maybe 4 days it shows up. They don't even keep the part in stock for a common malfunction at the stores so you could purchase them.
This is by far the worst customer service I have had.
I would rate these as a scam and stay far from them.
Save yourself some time and buy anywhere else. Seriously anywhere.

Read moreIf Zero were an option this is exactly what I would rate them. There customer service is terrible. The manager at the call center was rude and condescending. She has no business talking to people with an issue. Something came up and I tried to cancel the order which is still 2.5 weeks from delivery and not even shipped. I was told I can not cancel all of the order again which I have not received. This is a terrible business practice and I will be escalating to higher management. This was also not disclosed at the time of purchase by the salesman. I will never do business with this company even again!
For the record I have not received any of the items ordered there for the 100 night trial does not apply. I am not trying to exchange or return anything. I am trying to cancel an order within the first week. The delivery is still not scheduled for another 2.5 weeks. Be very careful and read all of the fine print and do not trust what the sales...
Read moreI have never had such a good bed. It is great. It is expensive and repair parts are very expensive. If you buy one don't expect to get Service ! I have had to do all my service work and to order my parts I've had to wait as long as 40 minutes trying to get a representative on the phone. I tried for 2-_days to get them they say all reps are busey for 35 minutes the first time, finally held on long enough the 2nd day then the rep told me that they couldn't get a service person to my home for 7-8 weeks ! I ordered the parts and I will do the work ... I will though upgrade to,a better bed some day though. I'll just know they have no service when...
