My favorite stop. This is near my doctors office. I've been at this location 3x so far. The 3rd time was a buy slow. I arrived at 1:45. My medium shaved ice wasn't done until 2:05. Usually, this never bothers me, but I had to get to my appointment. It seems like I had enough time. There was only a family of 4 and 1 other guy inside. But the kids here do work hard. I noticed the family of 4 ordered the most complex items. So understandable it took time. I feel bad. I did ask the guy to change his gloves. Sadly, I have a bad immune system. I take the risk eating out. That's on me. But the guy was understanding. I just saw him using the same gloves on the other others, and some had dairy. An antibiotics I'm on, I can't have any dairy. The people working here wouldn't know this. But I'm glad he was willing to change his gloves. I seriously seriously appreciate that. I love these shaved ice treats when I'm having a lupus fever. It helps a lot. I get sore throats easily (non contagious), and the shaved ice helped better than throat drops. Over all 5 stars. I don't drunk Star Bucks or di Fast food. So this $7 treat...
Read moreThis was the most frustrating experience at a Bahama Bucks. The staff is so unwelcoming and rude. You can tell they don't care for the business. Expect for this one girl, didn't get her name but she had red hair. She was so nice and could tell she was trying her best but was so overwhelmed. They are all pretty young, which not saying that they couldn't do it but I feel they they had completely no structure. There was one girl doing all the work, and everyone else was just running around looking like chickens without their heads. They kept messing up orders. They also don't fulfill orders as they come in. They hop around from ticket to ticket. I had 2 of my cones, and didn't get the rest until 10 minutes later when my first 2 were already melting. Made no sense. Definitely need some better management, some structure, and some training in customer service. Only reason I'm giving 2 starts, is because of the one girl that was trying her best...
Read moreWe were super excited to go out for a treat and found this place! We put in our order for pick up. We went into the store at the directed time. Once we walked into the store not one of the 3 female employees greated us. We walk to the "pick up/order on-line" area and waited there for at least 10 minutes. Again no one acknowledged us! They made eye contact but ignored us. We finally said excuse me we have a ordered that we placed on-line. They said that they did not have any orders and that we must be at the wrong store. We even asked where the other store was and she said she doesn't know. We verified the location and we were at the correct store! Our card was charged and the on-line tracker said the order was complete. They did not try to help us at all! These employees were extremely rude and were touching their face and mask without washing their hands. I did call to speak to the manager but she was/is out of town. I will be...
