Rating: ★★★★★
As an avid pizza enthusiast and self-proclaimed meat lover, I recently had the pleasure of ordering Barro's Pizza for pickup from their Chandler location. Let me just say, it was a true delight from start to finish!
First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show—the meat pizza. Oh boy, it was a carnivore's dream come true! The pizza was generously loaded with a mouthwatering assortment of perfectly seasoned and high-quality meats. Each bite was a flavor explosion, with the salty tang of pepperoni, the hearty goodness of sausage, and the smoky allure of bacon dancing in harmony. The crust was crispy on the outside, yet delightfully chewy on the inside, providing a perfect foundation for the toppings. It was evident that Barro's takes pride in their ingredients and the craft of pizza-making.
Ordering the pizza for pickup was a breeze. The staff at Barro's in Chandler were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Upon arrival, my pizza was ready and waiting, neatly boxed and still warm. The entire process was seamless, and the team's attention to detail made me feel like a valued customer.
Beyond the pizza itself, I appreciated the overall ambiance of Barro's. The atmosphere was inviting and family-friendly, with a cozy seating area for those who prefer to dine in. While I opted for pickup on this occasion, I can envision Barro's as a great spot to gather with friends or enjoy a casual dinner with loved ones.
To sum it up, my experience with Barro's Pizza in Chandler was outstanding. Their meat pizza was beyond perfection, boasting a delectable blend of flavors that satisfied my cravings for a savory delight. The pickup process was smooth, and the staff was both friendly and professional. If you're in Chandler and looking for a place to indulge in exceptional pizza, Barro's should be at the top of your list. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit to explore their other...
Read moreNOT SINGLE STAR IS DESERVE TO THIS LOCATION. Today I called in at 11.25 to order a pizza the girl on the phone couldn't quite understand when I said 3 different toppings plus when I say XL she kept on saying large. Finally I got the order placed and I was told 45- 60 mins. Then I realize she did not take my payment and I called her back and I said you did not take my payment. She said I heard you said cash. I laughed and said you did not ask anything that is why I'm calling back. How ever I said ok.
AFTER 1 hour and 20 minutes I called and the girl was saying we did not send it yet. Then when I ask for the manager the person was mike told me sorry we were trying to call you and didn't have your number right. I said I told the. Number to the girl over the phone over 10 times. Then he was asking me the number again. I gave it to him and I think he was mocking me by asking it over and over again. Finally I told them not to bother.
I think the owners should give attention to this matter because first of all they did there mistake and tried to cover it without even apologizing for the mistake. Also I think the pizza never left the premises. When you have kids and ordering lunch because it's there favorite pizza place if this is how the poor service is I wouldn't bother next time.
I order and eat in other locations never had this problem. Unfortunately when my wife was calling in a rush she thought this was closer to our place. Also the manger MIKE would be needed to educate that the customer is a valuable assets to your...
Read moreDespite my Barros review from over the weekend I made another visit just yesterday. Had been to this newer location once before.
Got there 11:45am expecting a lunch crowd to be arriving and fresh pizzas coming out of the oven. The two slices I received had clearly been sitting though.
I tried to make friendly smalltalk with the counter girl. Well, really it's not even smalltalk, exactly it's just communicating with a pleasant, lively voice in a non-perfunctory way. Does it take twenty-five years of adulthood to finally understand why friendliness makes a difference? Sure I get my pizza either way but this is why the unpaid robots are taking over. In younger days I really didn't even care about customer service and I'm trying to wrap my head around why it matters so much to me now.
Bonus points for having oregano. I asked for some while still at the counter. Then when I got to a table there weren't any cheese, red pepper, black pepper, or salt shakers to be found anywhere. Point deduction. And to top off the visit the men's restroom was half out of service with a line forming to use the one stall.
I know running a business isn't easy and these are hardly the world's biggest problems. When looking at the larger picture though I am repeatly reminded why I keep saying that I should stop giving all the extra chances and just pull the plug on the...
