Worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had by a mile. The guy who took my order, Kaden per the receipt, seemed fine and I ordered like I normally do. One thing I ask for is yellow mustard on the bread. Kaden didn’t seem to have any issue with it and mentioned to the girl working on subs (glasses and it looked like dark red hair) that I wanted yellow mustard on the bread. She immediately starts giving me attitude about how she can’t do that, but she will make a one-time exception, but never do it again. I was just kind of shocked as nobody at any Jimmy John’s had ever told me anything about asking for mustard on the bread before and I’ve been getting Jimmy John’s for years at different locations. Once my sandwich was done I asked why she had said. She seemed really irritated with me and emphatically stated they do not put mustard on the bread because it’s store policy and she can’t do it and won’t do it again. Okay. Then I asked for her name and she said I don’t have to give you my name and I’m not going to, with her guy cohort next to her also stating yeah we don’t have to give our names. OKAY. Interesting considering name is printed on the receipt itself for the person at the register. What an absolutely bizarre experience in and of itself, then when I got home realized they didn’t even put tomatoes on the sandwich, so they got that wrong. Based on the amount of attitude the girl was giving for no reason I could discern wouldn’t doubt if she intentionally left them off out of spite. Definitely will never go back what a ridiculous and unnecessary reason to get angry...

I placed a pickup order today. I drove to the store immediately after placing the order because JJ is so fast that it’s always ready by the time I get there (7 min away). I waited in the store for 15 minutes before someone handed me my sandwich without apologizing for the delay. No one greeted me, no one apologized for the delay, and there were nearly 10 employees on shift.
I didn’t speak up only because they were also working on a catering order but there were no other customers in the store and the drive through line had maybe 2 cars in it. It’s not the delay I’m complaining about, it’s the complete and utter lack of customer service or response. I had an employee walk by me as I stood waiting by the pick up shelf, grab themselves a soda, and then go back to making sandwiches without even a hello or sorry about the wait. I even had a quick convo with the girl cleaning the bathrooms. So many missed customer service opportunities from the people making food.
With nearly 10 employees working, I managed to make eye contact twice. Once with the guy who grabbed the soda and once with the guy who handed me my sandwich… most had their backs turned and payed no attention to the door opening and closing at all.    Read moreI would usually give this establishment 5 stars but my recent experience has forced me to give a poor rating. My Co workers and I order sandwiches on numerous occasions throughout the month from Jimmy John's. Unfortunately, the order we received today was made entirely wrong. I'm assuming that they accidentally switched our sandwiches with another order. Two of us are vegetarians and our sandwiches were made with three different kinds of meat. The other two sandwiches were made as they come and not as they were ordered so there were items included that were asked not to be in the sandwiches.I called and they graciously agreed to remake our order and send it out. As to not let the incorrectly made sandwiches go to waste, we offered them to other employees who were very excited to take them. When the driver brought our replacement order he asked for the old sandwiches back. I kindly told him that we had given them away and in an extremely rude response he said, "Oh, so I'm just supposed to believe you that they were ALL wrong?" I told him that had I been told that we needed to return the sandwiches I would've kept them to return and again, he very rudely made inappropriate and hurtful comments. He was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Like an immature child might behave. I am sad to say that this experience has definitely changed my view of this establishment. I understand that mistakes happen but this type of behavior is unacceptable...
