I came to this McDonald's earlier today to get breakfast for my mom and I before stopping at the Emergency room to take My special need daughter. I was ordering our breakfast I wasn't even halfway done when the lady just cut me off and didn't take the rest of my order. She wasn't responding to me so I drove up to the 1st window and told that employee there what happened and this employee finished helping me complete my order. I drove up to pick up my food at the 2nd window. As I'm at the emergency room parking lot I taking my food out and I noticed that it wasn't what I had ordered. So I drove up again to the speaker to let them know about this. Once again the same rude lady that had taken my order at the beginning answered I told her about my order being wrong she with an attitude tells me to drive up to the 1st window and cuts me off again. At the 1st window they ask me to pull up to the 2nd window. The employee at this window takes back the food and gives me the correct food I had ordered at the beginning. I also told her that they had changed me more and she agreed that I was right. Next thing I know the rude lady comes up to the window almost throwing the money at me and gives me her attitude. Telling me that I was the wrong one and closes the window on me. I drove up to their parking lot and got off asked to speak to the manager. This confuse looking lady comes up saying that shes the manager. I told her what had just happened and she said okay I'll talk to her have a good day. I walk out but didn't feel right By her reaction of not really caring so I walked right in and asked for the supervisors number but before I could ask for it I seen the manager talking to the rude employee lady. The rude employee lady responded to her talking about me with really disgusting language in Spanish which I understood as I speak Spanish as well! The manager didn't really tell her much said told her "well I'm just telling you what she said". Like if she was afraid of the rude employee lady. I decided to contact the supervisor from that McDonald's. I called made the report. Because us as customers shouldn't have to put up with this! This is business I'm paying them for their services!! People like this rude lady shouldn't be working with customers if she cannot control her attitude!! And for the manager she should get more training on how to be a better leader and how to really pay attention to the customer as the customer is talking to her!! I arrived to place my order at drive through . 2 iced coffees. while the voice of a young man taking my order I could hear a woman's voice scolding the young boy. she said move away!!! to the young man. in a very bad and angry way. My mom mentality kicked in and I thought Managers should teach the young employees and not treat them like that. Then i pulled to the window after paying to get my order. 2 iced coffees. I asked the young lady if I could have a cup of ice. she agreed and went to get that for me. turned out that the manager was the person giving me the 2 coffees. but at the same time she was screaming to the girl not to hand anything to customers what they ask just because. i had to explained it was just a cup of ice what i asked for. She should take 1 min to think and review what is happening. but no YOUNG PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE SO. Please please someone take in mind that this kids have moms that dont wish to see that happening. i had to tell her to quit treating employees like that!! she did not reply or said anything. i hope this helps and i wish those kids are treated better. and then they complain why they youth dont want to work. they need to be treated better. they should go work for another company that shows appreciation.    Read moreIf less than one star were an option I'd give that. Worst I've been to, especially the night shift. Miguel, the "night manager", is absolutely awful. Waited in the drove thru for 14 mins, no one even greeted me to say hold please. Backed up and pulled forward again to trigger the drive thru sensor speaker just to get someone's attention. There was NO ONE else in the restaurant or drive thru. I told Miguel this and he said, "no you didn't, that's not what you did". Said I was lying, then refused my order. I said fine refund my money then, he refused to do that. He said his supervisor was Victor, who I will be calling. My bank statement shows the charge of all the food, I closing thw reward points I used in the order, which cannot be recouped. I will also be notifying the MCDs corporate office of this franchise. The night shift has continually performed this way. Ignoring customers at the drive thru when they are not busy and don't even acknowledge them at the speaker OR when you even finally get sick of waiting at the speaker and pull to the window, seeing employees inside, yet they act closed.
