Literally one of the worst McDonald's to ever exist.
The service here is a 0/10, the food is a 0/10. I feel to see how this location even stays open, the food is subpar at best, and that's if it doesn't take you 30 minutes to go to the drive-thru. Which is absolutely ridiculous because, the drive-thru is supposed to be faster than going in. I don't know how they managed to mess that up, but they seem to do it literally every single time.
The people that work here are either so insanely high or insanely stupid that they can barely even talk, forget doing their job right or getting your food right. Half the time it looks like they just slopped condiments on a bun and called it a day. I hope anyone that goes here likes condiments because, they will put so much on your food that it becomes a disgusting, unedible, slop.
This McDonald's would be much better if they just bulldozed it and turned it into a parking lot. It's insanely mismanaged and the people who run this must be the worst business owners in history.
I absolutely avoid this McDonald's like to plague and will drive out of my way to go to literally any other McDonald's. The saddest part is it's less than a half mile from my house but, I would much rather drive miles out of my way to go anywhere else to avoid the insanely crappy food and service that this place offers.
To summarize, absolutely avoid this place, the people can't figure out how to do their job right and they will mess up your food literally every single time. That's if they don't lie to you and say they're closed when they're clearly open with people eating in the dining room.
Almost every single time I have ever been to this McDonald's my order has either been wrong or been made by someone who's apparently never made a burger and their entire life or doesn't care enough to actually earn the money they think...
Read moreI've never had such terrible service at a McDonald's. My number was called to pick up my order at the counter. I had requested dine in not to go, so when I got to the counter, there was no tray of food. I asked the person who seemed to be filling orders, where was mine. She just pointed to a bag with a nasty scowl on her face. I picked up the bag, it contained only a burger box. I asked her where the fries and drink were. Again no words, she walks off and grabs fries, brings them over and drops them in the bag...spilling out half of them. Still no drink, so I asked again, she hands me a cup. The ice tea dispenser was entry, I came back to the counter and told her there was no tea. She takes my cup with ice, looks at the receipt to see what drink was ordered. Unsweetened tea was clearly printed. After a few minutes waiting for her to return with my drink, I gave up and went to a table to start eating. Eventually I head her yell that my tea was ready. She couldn't bother to walk over to give it to me. When I finally tasted it, it was sweet tea, not the unsweetened I had ordered. I told her and again got the scowl and attitude from her. I asked if there was a manager there and she pointed to herself. I exclaimed she is the worst worker I have ever dealt with and has a terrible attitude. She just kind of rolled her eyes and walked away. Totally avoiding any attempt to make things right after multiple poor performance. I ate my food and vowed to never stop at this location again, even though it's right on my way to work.
I know finding good help is tough these days, but her attitude and poor customer service was completely uncalled for. She should not be working around paying customers. I don't understand how anyone could think she would make a good manager. McDonald's is on the road to failure when they hire...
Read moreI don't visit McDonald's for dine in often, but when I do I tend to choose this location. If I'm dining in it's because I'm meeting up with a friend with small children, and much of the year when their schedule permits it's during the warm to hot season when an air conditioned Play Place is just what we need. This location has a large Play Place, there's seating throughout the play area, and parents will be able to keep an eye on the kids in both the lower and upper areas. The only non-emergency way in and out of the play area requires passing all of the family seating provided, which we very much appreciate. Wet wipes are provided just inside the play area, and just outside the play area are 4 screens for kids to enjoy some digital entertainment - 2 game pads, 2 touch screen. For the most part, the touch screen games have been in working order whenever we visit, but the kids don't use the game pads much so I haven't noticed how consistently those are working. Staff has always been professional and friendly with us, but I suppose we've not yet had reason to require extra service. Our orders have always been taken and served accurately and quickly, and they've never made us feel unwelcome, even if we've stuck around longer than other customers. This location also seems relatively new, or had an interior make over. I don't dine in the public area often, but it looks well lit, welcoming and comfortable, and clean whenever I pass through. The bathrooms seem to be regularly checked, and offer privacy with real walls rather than thin metal stalls (just 2, but there's never been a line for me), and everything's always been in working order for us. This location is always our first choice when we meet, even through there is a McDonald's closer to home. If you've got kids who'll have fun in the Play Place, I'd certainly...
