This location is an iffy one. The pizzas are usually really good, but lets talk about the atmosphere and customer service. Employees are very quiet, not very happy to be there (understandably); in otherwords theyre never smiley or anything. Straight face monotone voice. Employees 65% of the time work on online orders, making the wait longer and the service slower. Depending on when you go, there are very slow employees that lowkey dont know what theyre doing. A guy told me my pizza was still being waited on but I was staring right at it. Doesnât it have my name on it? Again, very quiet staff and environment. Now for some extra input; Theyre very stingy on the cheese and red sauce. I always have to tell them to put more cheese or red sauce. This isnât exclusive to this location. Their lemonades are SO good. Tart, sweet and fresh. I would recommend mixing sprite with the regular lemonade, about half and halfđ.

Up until tonight, 11/8/2018, I have never been so disappointed with the service I got tonight. waiting for fifteen minutes to receive my pizza and watched it grow cold on the counter. Four other customers received their food and were gone. With at least seven boys working there, four of them literally looked at it and passed my pizza up, the one that was cutting pizzas left and went into the kitchen. These boys should not be left alone to cover the place alone, they don't know how to treat customers and should be taught to keep gloves on constantly, there are people waiting for their pizzas, get them taken care of, don't just look at the customers pizza and then look at the customer and keep walking on by. I never got my pizza, I asked for my money back, I wasn't going to take food that was sitting on the counter for fifteen minutes. Being sarcastic to the customer is not a way to treat them. We ordered two pizzas (a regular and a mini) and drove to the restaurant to pick them up. We were given two boxes- one mini and one regular and drove home. When we got home and opened the lid to the pizzas - BOTH were wrong.
I called the location and was immediately met with an aggressive accusational tone by Matt. He said- well you drove away with two pizzas and you only ordered one. He then said we drove away when we knew we had the wrong order and if we looked at the receipt on the box it doesnât even say our name or order.
Basically accusing us of âgetting away with an extra pizzaâ.
You know what is more annoying then getting home with a messed up food order? Itâs getting accused of trying to swindle the place you ordered it from. Itâs actually funny!
Anyway, MATT, Iâm going to write this one off as YOU are having a bad day but as a GM you have seriously failed.
Please check out my receipt that you claimed didnât have my name or order on it and note itâs 2 pizzas but does not match the 2 pizzas...
