Typically I don't leave reviews, unless it's well deserved, let alone call the store to find out a staff members name because they left such a good impression. I want to take a moment to shout out ALLISON (apparently a manager)! She is the EPITOME of great customer service! I'm not sure what she's paid, but it should be more, and she needs to train any and all businesses in the service industry what quality customer service is!!! I love coming to this location because of her!!! I've become the regular because she remembers my name, my order, has it ready, able to troubleshoot any errors as if it never happened so eloquently (yes, mistakes happen, not often, but they're human - or I made the msitake). She is such a bright, fun personality and makes my morning's enjoyable and less heavy with all of the adult stresses and responsibilities for just a moment as she sings my name through the intercom (really well I may add)! Read moreI placed an order on the app for pick up, was ready with plenty of time. The app doesn't offer the option for a cup of ice water, so I asked for one at the register. Mika, the one who I asked for a Treinta Cup of ice water, said they're not allowed to give those out without ordering something. I told her I did but the app doesn't allow for cups of ice water. Her response was dismissive with a, "hmm, okay I understand" and wallet for me to order something. So I got a cake pop and asked for my cup of ice water.
As I'm waiting for the water I'm putting together my breakfast at the pick up counter when she comes up and tells me that she "didn't know" i placed an order already and could've just gotten the water. I told her that I did tell her at the register when I asked for water initially before having to purchase something (which is why I stated that she was dismissive). Only reason for that 2 star and not 1 is because she seemed very apologetic.
I understand mornings cannot be fun, but please don't be dismissive...
Read moreMy co-worker and I went into this Starbucks to get drinks for a total of 10 girls we work with. As soon as we came in the manager DOTTY was so unbelievably rude. When we approached the register I let her know we had quite a few orders and she sighed and said "how many" in a rude tone. I started reading off the orders and got to an order who wanted a trenti size and she goes "oh no, ha we can do venti. you can't afford trenti." After we ordered my co-worker asked if we could have a receipt and once again she rudely said "you need to sign the receipt first before I'll give you a copy" I have never been to a Starbucks that has given bad customer service and this was beyond horrible. DOTTY was the WORST manger I have EVER dealt with AND she left out one of our orders. Our work makes weekly Starbucks runs for our employees and we will be sure to NEVER give our business to this...
