I’m on the PTO board for one of the Chandler schools. Each year we host a Veterans Day breakfast for the students who have family members that are serving or who have served. I had reached out to several Starbucks but non were available to donate coffee for the date we hosted our event. I called Starbucks on Arizona Ave and Ocotillo and spoke to Jason. Without hesitation he said let’s do it. Tell me when and where and how much coffee. Jason and the staff graciously donated two cambros, cups, sugars and creamer for our veterans breakfast. Jason also brought staff members and his district manager to our event. Which we were thrilled because we’ve never had Starbucks employees come to our event, let alone deliver the coffee. They went around to serve our veterans water and juice. At the end of our event I asked Jason if they would be able to donate two cambros of hot water for us to make hot chocolate for our winter movie night event in December and again without hesitation he said yes, and they even donated cups for our hot chocolate. I can’t even begin to express how grateful the PTO board is for the kindness of Jason, the staff and Star bucks. From the bottom our our hearts, thank you for your kindness...
Read moreI come to this location almost everyday, there are times when my order is wrong or missing something. For the most part I don’t really complain for two reasons. one, I’m busy and don’t have the time to stand around and wait. Two, it doesn’t happen that often, I own small home improvement & remodeling company, so I have an idea of what it’s like to run a business and deal with customers. I took the $1.60 and placed it in the tip cup sitting at the drive-through window. At that moment I made eye contact with someone who appeared to be the supervisor or a manager. She stepped over to the window and told the young lady to go do something, she then grabbed the tip cup took all the money out and put the empty cup back. Had I just been profiled? Buying coffee...
Read moreI've had fantastic customer service at every other Starbucks in the valley, but this one is heinous. The quality of drinks are good here but they really need to work on their professionalism. The first time I went there, I was the only customer in the store and waited patiently at the register while the three young men baristas MEOWED at each other. I must have stood there a solid couple minutes waiting for it to end. Then the second time I went, a very grumpy old man was at the register and didn't acknowledge the fact that I was standing there and said hi to him. He just walked away and luckily a lovely young gal (who was intelligent enough to see what happened) helped me. I'm an incredibly nice person and don't usually complain about customer service, but this...
