Starbucks — Restaurant in Chandler

This brand new Starbucks location has an Absolutely beautiful interior. Gorgeous interior. And it's HUGE inside ! I think this is the largest Starbucks I have ever been inside of. I have been in plenty of Starbucks locations that were crowded and small and claustrophibic feeling...I hate those Tiny Starbucks. But this location is HUGE !! If you have a large group with you - like more than 10 people - this Starbucks location is ideal. They have a gigantic table with 10 chairs !! Awesome !! IMO this location should add a SECOND gigantic table with 10 chairs - there is plenty of room for this. Only negative about this location....the music is way too loud !! Like way too loud. The patrons are all having to SHOUT at each other to be heard over the music which is way too loud. Seriously - everyone has to shout to be heard - the customer counter - where you pick up your food - is at the opposite end of the store from the front door where the lone speaker is. Therefore, for the employees behind the customer counter to even be able to hear the music - since the lone speaker is like 150 feet from the counter, they have to crank that lone speaker to very loud sound pressure levels in order to hear it - sound pressure levels that are way too loud. It is a mistake to only have one lone speaker for that huge room - Starbucks needs to add a second speaker very close to the customer counter so the employees behind the counter can hear the music without cranking it to such loud levels. Again, having only 1 speaker in the entire Starbucks - This was a mistake to only have 1 speaker for the entire giant store. They need a second speaker very close to the customer counter. Other than that, I love this location !! And thank God they don't have the STUPID locks on the bathroom doors !! I HATE the locks on the...

Man this was rough, I hate to leave a review of places like this but I must in this case; people deserve to know...This was a perfect example of amateur hour. The food quality, especially the canned style processed ingredients that resemble military rations will keep me from ordering food here again. The service was terrible, it seemed that two of the 8 employees were somewhat competent of their jobs, but were frustrated and stammering from the minor morning rush. The others lacked knowledge, positive attitude and seemed either snotty, or depressed. It took almost 20 min to get my cafe mocha, so my burrito was cold by the time I got my drink. This is why Id never tip on a bill that I pay first, when the service and food was terrible. I was shocked and felt bad for this place. These new locations don't even have true barista's, everything is bottled and premixed and actually falls short of true coffee creation. Starbucks isn't worth the time or money, you'd be better off going across the street to Dunkin for better coffee and service. on the positive side, the atmosphere was acceptable and comfortable. Id hate to have gone through the drive through, it seemed they were having potentially even more...

I am a usual at this Starbucks but today was a terrible experience with some “ Manager “ named Ariala? I pulled up to a completely empty drive though. Apparently they have a time clock that starts - I told her “ just a moment “ min you being no one was behind me. She proceeds to continue to ask “ are you ready” literally every minute….. then says “ hey , if it’s going to take to long or you need more time you can come into the lobby because we have a time window and that falls on us when you’re taking a long time to order “…..then I told her I was going to come to the window and directly talk to her because of how pushy she was being about me looking at the menu- she ignores me so I pulled up to the window to proceed to tell her I am a gold star member and come everyday and never have I been so rudely talked to and she made it a point she did not want to talk to me-

Okay… mind you being it’s been 3-4 minutes … are you serious ? This is the WORST customer experience ever and I am extremely disappointed in the terrible customer service...
