Starbucks — Restaurant in Chandler

The girl working drive at 10 am was absolutely horrible, profoundly uneducated, with one of the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen. Its as if she want’s to be that way lol I gave her a quarter so i didn’t have to get change back (total was 11.22) and she was LOST, had no idea what i was talking about, takes my $, and gives me $32 back with 78 cents in change, which is not what i was supposed to get back, so i tell her it’s incorrect and literally had a silent meltdown. Says NOTHING, goes and gets her manager so he can correctly give me my change, gives me ONE of my two drinks and says have a good day. im like, i also need my drink thats sitting directly in front of you, at this point i have my two drinks and i just want to leave. nope, she didn’t give me any straws. i ask, she gives me ONE, im like i had two drinks. I don't ever do reviews on places, but this starbucks was the worst experience I have ever had. When I got there the batista in the drive thru instantly had an attitude in her voice when she greeted me. Then, I waited in the drive thru for 10 min with one 1 car ahead of me. When I finally got up to the window I handed her my card and she didn't say a word to me. Then handed me my card back, and I still waited another couple minutes before I got my coffee. I asked for caramel drizzle on top and when she handed me my drink there was a couple things lines of caramel on top. Then I left, without her saying a word to me this whole time, didn't tell me to have a nice day or anything. Plus, the drink was disgusting. So I stopped by this place tonight around 7 p.m. or so after work to wind down I get my coffee I'm sitting outside in the cool weather relaxing nobody else around im drinking my coffee I'm on my phone looking at some stuff relaxing and a worker begins breaking down The Umbrellas all around me which is fine but then he comes up to me and wants to let me know that they're going to be closing in an hour and basically trying to run me off so I mentioned it to the manager that I felt it was inappropriate and she's not very customer service oriented she tells me yes they have to bring the chairs in an hour early and that I could have came inside to sit. Hey here's an idea bring every chair in but the one I'm sitting in and leave me the hell alone, how ridiculous there's plenty of places to buy a cup of coffee I'm sure I can find one that won't try to run me off an hour before...
