It pains me to have to write this review. I have been spending quite a bit of time at this Wendy’s so far this summer. It is very strategically placed in the same parking lot as a Super Walmart. I love the food at Wendy’s (especially the new Frosty fusion) but after my last two trips there. I will not be going back there… EVER!! First the pool of people they have to draw on for employees must be running dry. Yesterday after running the maze of their stupidly designed two doors (designed to keep disabled people like myself OUT) the young man taking the orders (the ONLY PERSON TAKING ORDERS) had dreadlocks pretty much covering his face. I really don’t know how he could see what the heck he was doing. On top of that he was in some sort of strange haze, the lady before me made quite a large to go order, only to find out after she paid that certain items weren’t even in stock! Then as I was next in line, I rolled forward a bit……..and I waited……..and I waited. More people came in and got in line behind me. Finally Mr dreadlocks decided to take my order, I was very clear with him as to what I wanted, especially because I could tell he wasn’t paying attention. I told him which meal I wanted, and that I also wanted the chocolate frosty’s with a lot of caramel. THAT IT! I’ve ordered the same things probably half a dozen times. I even repeated it to him. Then he turned away from me and walked off!! I had to call to him to get my cup, to be able to get my soda. After I got my soda, I went to a table, a short time later here he came with my frosty’s…. But they looked strange. And I asked him if they were caramel frosty’s, and when he looked irritated I felt the need to explain that they looked completely different from all the other caramel frosty’s I’d had. His response: I blended them. Hmm. Well you can see for yourselves in the pictures I will post. Also NO SPOONS OF ANY KIND! So, I sat there and waited for my food, which he brought in a bag, not on a tray, and when he handed it to me I very pointedly asked if there was a long BLUE spoon in the bag. He said YES! Wanna guess if that was true?? NOPE!! I had to leave everything and wheel back up to the counter and wait for him to ay attention to me again and I asked him for the blue spoons he just told me were in the bag. On 02/15/2022 I went to this Wendy's, and the Host was Faith, the cashier was Fernando and they did excellent. This Wendy's and I have had our conflicts with service level and food quality. I have had food incorrect orders, missing items, etc. and as a customer I Absolutely DO NOT want Mayonnaise on my burger.
There have been times I have needed to request orders to be remade, and it has been quite an experience but Manager Nathan has shown great customer service and his staff seems to have improved over the last few months. The food that I have been receiving lately is almost picturesque with Wendy's advertisements, and the level of customer service is great!
When I say great I will tell you why:
For one, I don't even need to mention No Mayonnaise anymore, but I still will just in case lol. The food is hot, crispy frees and fresh veggies on my sandwiches. It doesn't take long for me to get my order and when I place large orders, I can tell that time was taken to get my order correct because when I return to my home with family, the order is just right! (this is a huge improvement!)
I've been going to this Wendy's for almost a year now if not longer, and I have witnessed the transformation. Please keep up this great effort Wendy's, I personally shouldn't be eating fast food so much and I know that lol but when I do, I do appreciate hot crispy fries, great customer service, a fresh burger, and to top it off some lemonade.
For the reviews that are negative, it is convenient fast food, so what do we really expect?

Read moreIt REALLY Upsets me to have to write this review. I have been spending a lot of time at this Wendy’s, to escape. At first the staff was wonderful and exceedingly helpful. Now I’m lucky if I get something RESEMBLING WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED!!! I am going to be attaching photos with examples of what I received. I order the same thing every time. I the Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich-NO TOMATOES - 2 chocolate frosty’s with a WHOLE BUNCH of caramel! That’s it! No big deall. Yesterday this young guy who had all these nasty dred’s ALL IN HIS FACE, he was the only cashier, he had just screwed up the large order of the lady before me. I sat there for a WHILE until he finally decided to talk to me, I kept having to repeat everything, and I repeated my Frosty order 3-4 times. Then I had to cause a scene to get a freaking CUP!! Then he brings out what you are about to see, which IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! He’s put down 2 cups of what LOOKED like frosty crunch, not frosty with the caramel which is what I wanted. So I asked him- I said “um, I asked for 2 caramel frosty’s…. What are these?” This guy actually said to me-“oh, yeah I uh blended those for you! And before I could say another word he turned and left! Then when this same guy brought me the rest of my food, I ASKED HIM-I said VERY SPECIFICALLY-“is there a blue long spoon in the bag??” You don’t need any guesses to know what the answer is to tha To that question.
