This Burger King is one of the better ones. Just don't go Late Night. The employees will not answer the drive through, ever... I have been to this location on the corner of Wallisville and Beltway 8 after 11pm on several occasions. On Every visit I was left at the order speaker waiting and waiting... On this particular occasion I drove up and decided to stay until someone answered. I was thinking to myself that maybe it was a college student working late and perhaps they took a little nap. I waited and waited and cars pulled behind me and eventually drove off as is the case every time I visit after 11pm. After about 15 minutes I decided to drive up to the drive through window and see if I could see anybody in the restaurant. I did not. Then I pulled around to the front again only to find 2 employees walking across the parking lot and entering the gas station where the restaurant is located seemingly amused that so many potential customers were leaving angry. After seeing them walk in to the restaurant where they were supposed to be working at I drove around to the drive through speaker again and waited for another 5 minutes as I thought maybe they were getting ready? No one answered. After pulling through to the window again I see a young man mopping the floor and he turns his back on me quickly as if to imply that he didn't see me. This really irked me as I could see him quickly move behind some equipment to conceal himself. All of this could have been avoided if one of the employees would have told me that they were closed despite the sign saying drive through open 24hrs in the driveway and printed on the drive through window. Now I know it doesn't take a lot of intellect to secure a job at Burger King but I would expect a little courtesy and professionalism as a life long customer. A simple sign on the menu would solve this confusion but it appears that the joy generated from disappointing hungry customers who have mistakenly chosen your establishment over other similar choices in the immediate area outweighs common courtesy. Needles to say, something needs to be done about these concerns before you lose...
Read moreI wish I could have given a negative star. I had gone to BK to get away from the monotony of eating a home for so long. I went to splurge a little and indulge with an impossible whopper etc. Stayed in a line for about 15 mins. which is understandable given the current climate. I made the purchase, came home and noticed the order was not correct after I'd paid for modifications. I called to ask what my options were as I have small children and didn't wanna go back. I was rudely told that I could come back to get the modifications I paid for. Now, I usually wouldn't make a fuss, but we are in the times where hygiene is a must, and I didn't think that would have been a good idea. So I opted to get my money back, I was told they don't give refunds placed on a card. In shock, I asked what my options were. I was directed to a number on the window, I'm guessing belonged to the franchisee. The number was disconnected... So I ask for a receipt which was NOT given or offered at my initial purchase, and was given a corporate number. Left with no food and no refund, the rep told me that I could submit a complaint and that I could potentially be refunded once the case had been reviewed by the appropriate dept. I was floored! I'm told that there's a chance to get my money back due to a mistake not made by me. Well, I can take that back because I made the mistake of patronizing the chain at this location. I asked the rep if it could be expedited as I did not expect to go through such hassle for a refund that wasn't guaranteed. I told him that my family has suffered from unemployment during this COVID 19 pandemic and just wanted a moment to enjoy a burger, even if it wasn't from BK. I will NOT return to this location, and am even more so disappointed how the customer...

Part of my order was made incorrectly the first time, I am used to that from food service work. The second time, it was evident that my sandwich simply had mayo wiped off and cheese added as originally ordered. I brought it back a second time and showed evidence of this, by which time part of my order had been consumed (the part made as I requested). I simply asked for the sandwich made incorrectly to be made as originally ordered and that turned into a "where is the rest of your order?" Seeing that I was obviously not using linguistic skills they understand, I returned all remaining unconsumed items, and asked for a refund of said items. This was heavily scrutinized by who I can only assume was a shift leader in charge wearing a black shirt. Having had enough, and AFTER she pulled the partial refund out of the register, I felt I wanted no further interaction with someone so ignorant, unskilled, disrespectful and immature and told her to just keep all the money (it was obvious she needed it more than I did). So I paid for 2 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks, and in the end consumed only 1 sandwich and frustratedly forfeited the rest (and she kept the original receipt, the money, and said "oh ok thanks" and placed it in her pocket as I drove off!) I know service work, I wasn't born wealthy, I flipped burgers and fries, ran drive thru, washed dishes, degreased grills and floors at 3 in the morning as a teenager, so I know what goes on in there, but when you scrape the bottom of the adult barrel and place them in front of your paying customers, you are setting them and yourself up for failure (speaking to corporate...
