Deeply Disappointed – Poor Catering Experience from Pastry Corner Cafe & Lounge. We had high hopes when we chose Pastry Corner Cafe & Lounge to cater our Mother’s Day celebration, but unfortunately, the experience left us deeply disappointed. What should have been a joyful occasion turned stressful and unpleasant due to the poor quality of the food and the lack of professionalism we encountered. The catered dishes were overwhelmingly salty and clearly contained excessive amounts of MSG. It appeared the use of MSG was a tactic to artificially inflate how many people the half trays could "serve" — a misleading and unacceptable approach. Every single guest, after consuming only a small amount, complained of feeling bloated and uncomfortable. It was embarrassing and frustrating to see our guests unable to enjoy the meal on such a special day. We had specifically asked about the quality and contents of the food when placing the order, but the individual who took it was not forthright or transparent. They assured us of quality and freshness — promises that were clearly not upheld. To make matters worse, when we called the restaurant to share our concerns about the salt content and use of MSG, the person who answered the phone responded with agitation and then rudely hung up mid-conversation. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of accountability. We regret placing our trust in Pastry Corner Cafe & Lounge for such an important occasion and will not be returning. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.

I'm utterly disappointed and frankly, astonished by the level of incompetence we encountered with this bakery. For my son Yuvaan's birthday, I ordered a substantial 16-pound cake, indicative of the grandeur of the celebration we had planned. Imagine our dismay when the cake arrived with his name misspelled as "Uyaan." One would assume checking the spelling of a child's name on a birthday cake is baking 101. When I called to address this careless error, the solution they offered was for us to return the cake for correction. As if the situation wasn't frustrating enough, the cake had begun to melt by the time we got it home, rendering their proposed 'solution' completely impractical. Adding insult to injury, the delay disrupted our party schedule significantly. In a desperate attempt to salvage the situation, I requested that they send their baker to our location for a fix. They promised a callback that never came. It's clear this isn't a place that values customer service or the importance of special occasions. To think I paid a premium for such a disastrous experience! Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this bakery. There are plenty of other options that are both cheaper and significantly better. Would the owner accept such a blunder if it were his child's cake? Highly unlikely.

Wow 🤩 Being a foodie/ traveler love to try food in different places. This tiny place is just amazing with various food options. When we saw the unlimited breakfast and chat option thought must give a try. Immediately visited for breakfast and their vada, idli, poori, set dosa and chutneys are amazing. They also have upma and semiya kheer. Coming to the evening un limited chat omg 😋 dahi puri, samosa chat, aloo chat, pani puri, pav bhaji all are so delicious. They have a special variety called palak chat with mango pieces which is interesting. we have tried chicken biryani , mutton biryani, cilantro chicken and chicken lollipops which are mouth watering. Our family loved everything. Coming to the desserts their cakes are so fresh, light and tasty. We tried gulab jamun cake, Black Forest cake, dil pasand and cream roll. True foodies definitely visit the place and must give a try to all the varieties. For quality is really good. Owners are very respectful, staff and really nice. Worth visit , worth for money , one of the best places to visit in this county.
