Arby's — Restaurant in Charleston

We usually love this Arby’s we come at least twice a month if not more. Saturday night we went through drive thru- we were exhausted we took a day trip to myrtle beach for fun and while we were there my grandmother suddenly passed. We were too exhausted to cook- so I had decided I wanted Arby’s for comfort food. We never have had a bad experience there ever until of course the night we most looked forward to exhaling and wiping our tears and crawling into bed after a dinner- we hadn’t eaten really at all that entire day. The service was horrible - the usual pleasant greeting- and experience was lost- we were expecting at least semi polite handling. We didn’t care - we were still shocked and trying to process. But, we finally get home - literally down the street less then a minute away - and unpack our food to eat - it was so disgusting 🤢 - the bread was hard and stale - the meat was so nasty and almost nonexistent- like for real a French dip usually has at least three pieces of meat - and the dip hense the name au-ju (so?) was forgotten - the potato cakes had to be old and then refried in dirty grease. Our other items were old- stale and terrible tasting- did y’all drop our food on the floor and microwave it - step on it and throw it in the fryer?? Cause looking back that’s what it seemed like- unfortunately Arby’s is a bit pricey I think we spent $27-30 plus... and didn’t even eat it- we don’t have money like this - to waste - So we doubt we will be back- what happened? Where’s the Arby’s from a few months ago- dang you guys shined next to that sonic next door now y’all are nasty just like them... sorry to say goodbye - we used...

I'm giving Arbys a 1 star cause i have to. After my last experience and sadly can say past experiences, it has been a 1 star rating. But my last order friday night will be my last experience. The food not only was COLD, i mean the fries left the store COLD, the roast beef tasted like rubber. The meat was not even properly shaved as it usually is or should be. I dont understand what is going on with arbys in West Ashley. I refuse to go to the restaurant on Folly RD cause it's even worse. I have been loving arbys roast beef sandwiches for many, many yrs and even though many of my friends do not like arbys, I was the only one that did like arbys. No more! It seems I'm disappointed all the time. Those workers knew that food had been laying around too long and should have cooked some fresh fries and made 2 new sandwiches. I knew the sandwiches were old cause the meat was actually sticking to the bread so hard, we literally had to use a knife to seperate the pieces to add the mayo... so PATHETIC and TRIFLING of them. Think... the next time, would I want someone to serve me this quality of food... would I want to receive this garbage??? WASTED $42 dang dollars for nothing cause we...

I did an online order & went through the drive thru because the dining room was closed. They told me to pull around which I did, but they didn’t have my order ready. I was told to pull to the front & they would bring it out to me. They never came out. I waited over 30 mins. Went back around & was told the same thing. Dining room was locked so I couldn’t go in & nobody would answer the phone. So here I was sitting outside almost an hour at this point & still no food, but they took the money out of my account the second I placed the order. Called cooperate & that lady told me she couldn’t help me but would forward my message to someone. Regional manger called me back & said she would call after 2 & make them give me a cash refund because that can’t refund a card on an online order. Was told I would get a call back after 2 & still nothing. Of course the restaurant doesn’t know anything about a refund & the manager won’t answer...
