The library itself is fine, but the starbucks on site is not. It's abundantly clear that the employees either a) have never been trained or b) have been trained very poorly. Ordering anything besides popular drinks like the pink drink, the iced caramel macchiato, or the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso will result in your order being made wrong, simply because they don't know how to make it. To clarify, I don't blame the employees for this; it's likely that they are doing their job the best they can given the circumstances. I do, however, blame the management. Google maps did not update the fact one of the entrances closed. I came to use a printer. Front desk told me there was a sign that said printers. There was no sign. Accidently used a public printer, which did not print, even though I payed, it had ink, and paper (it returned an "out of paper error). I then was told that I had to use a specifically student only printer. There was nothing indicating that looking from the front, you just had to either know, or get behind the printer. Lastly, the page printed small, for no reason. All this because my teacher couldn't be bother to either print us a copy of the paper, or to just read it virtually. Please fix the entrance...

Excellent library with relaxed vibe. Ideal for studying. Wifi is top-quality, too. If you have a problem with it, log into "Eduroam" and don't use " College of Charleston Guest". That will get you where you want to go. Also, please ignore the commentaries below that complain about the library's security staff. Their security staff is fine. They were 100% right to have students removed during COVID who came here with their masks below their nose, which everyone knows spreads COVID.
