McDonald's — Restaurant in Charleston

Besides being out of my breakfast steak bagel (which has became a everyday ritual) because of circumstances due to the covid-19 virus, of which I completely understand, and hold noone at fault, the McDonald's on East MacCorkle Avenue is the one place I ALWAYS stop...because of this fact, It seems I've put myself in a place where I can rate this restaurant (at least the times of day I am normally there) as good as or better than most people can....That being said, approximately 7 times out of 10 I have a good experience there....Two times out of ten, my experience is fantastic....and One time out of ten I have a less than pleasant experience......the staff are normally polite, and professional, and some make it a joy to stop there, often times knowing my order, simply by my voice, informing me of sales or special offers, they seems to enjoy helping, which for a fast food place in the morning, is a refreshing change..to summarize, I enjoy getting my daily breakfast there, and I think most people...

Worked at kanawha city next to gomart truck stop. Rude employees is not their worst downfall. Fries that go past 7 minute quality timer are often served all day. Coffee is not made fresh every half hour. All things from the kitchen, meat, eggs, condiments and veggies, stay on the dress table much longer than allowed. Temp book is constantly faked. On the side creamers have sat out of refrigeration well past time of disposal. There isn't even a waste bucket for expired french fries. So, in general, go somewhere else. I was the super friendly employee in drive thru that got fired for dealing with an unruly customer in a way that was unprofessional. But, regardless of all my praises from customers, one negative and I lost my job. Look at my profile picture if your a frequent customer. If you recognize me, you know how charming I was and how polite I was. So if someone got me to be rude, they probably deserved it. I beg you. Please start going to the mcdonald's near...

Food was cold but worst of all the girl with the pink Carhartt hoodie was absolutely offensive she was loud and saying she hates working at McDonald's for everyone to hear in the lobby and she was throwing out language left and right bad language!! She was talking bad about another worker that was pregnant and saying how she don't think she is pregnant and how she starts stuff where it needs to be started it totally ruined our family meal time 😔 she was so volger she was completely making a seen and yelling for attention she was rude to and about customers to the crew she was wiping her nose with her dear hand and touching our food as she bagged it she wipped her nose and then grabbed hand fulls of napkins as she placed them in the bags I'm just very grossed out !
