Had Orlando's pizza for the first time tonight and it was the BEST non-chain pizza I've had in a long while. I ordered the Roasted Pork and Gorgonzola (which I think they should definitely call "The Porkonzola") and it was better than I feel I can express accurately through words alone. It was like a symphony of flavors, all gathered in perfect proportions on a crust crafted by magic pizza elves. Simply put, if you live in the Charleston area and ever have a chance to get this signature pizza at Orlando's...you absolutely should. I cannot speak to the quality of the rest of their menu.
Furthermore, our server was named Brian (Bryan?) and he absolutely killed it. He was a helluva people person who was sincerely enjoying his job while also being good at it. Attentive, personable, friendly; he's the kind of server who makes you want to come back to a place even if the pizza wasn't forged in the glorious ovens of the gods. Owners and/or managers of Orlando's, I hope you will recognize this guy in some way because he is doing some fine work for your establishment. Thank you for the fantastic meal I just ate. I'm looking forward to more...

The food didn’t look like the pictures and overall wasn’t that good, the cheese bread we ordered was overall lacking flavor and the pizza left a lot to be desired and was also burned (and I don’t mean crispy, there were large spots of black). My girlfriend really enjoyed our calzone though. I wouldn’t say the food is bad, but it did not meet my expectations. Aside from the food, the entire time we were here, there was a kitchen manager/someone in the back house just chewing out the cooks and arguing with them constantly and it was not subtle; he ended up slamming a whole fresh pizza in the trash can and was rude to the other staff for over 30 minutes. The bathrooms were also dirty.
The redeeming qualities for this restaurant weee the servers. Autumn was very kind and attentive and worked hard around the restaurant while still serving us. Overall, the food was average and the environment was not great, but our...

We were prepared to eat quick and add a few drinks to the order as our kids were hungry. Awful illogical rule. Last time so give my business to Orlando’s.
In response to your reply, I counted… you had 6 total patrons at the time (6:30pm). Our order wasn’t placed with the intention of being a dine-in but seeing as there we 2 tables in your whole restaurant being used at 6:30, and again with hungry kids, there would’ve been no one harmed by us sitting down for 5 minutes.
And what was rude, to use your word, was your staff who essentially shoved the food to me and then turned their backs as I stood their waiting to be offered plasticware because salads are hard to eat with your hands.
A business without regard for their customers. Plenty of better pizza places in Charleston that I’m sure will gladly accept...
